Hi All...

Anyhow - today was going to be a an NSD but realised I needed to buy some stamps as had a sort out last evening and got on top of all my correspondences... Stamps are sure expensive now!!!
Hope we get moved back soon!

Yesterday was NSD no.2 (planned to buy a few food items as OH came out of hospital - yippee :T) and spent at Slimming World, but that was covered by my parents.
Planned spend day today as it's my birthday!Spent £35 on lunch out and takeaway. Not going anywhere as OH is feeling a little fragile. I also bought a pair of boots and a Kindle with Christmas money - the rest is going in the bank for a rainy day. Can't wait to download lots of free books.
Pleased that I've kept away from the sales - I had my eye on the boots before Christmas and had already decided on a Kindle - this challenge is keeping me on the straight and narrow! I found a notebook to record my spending in (didn't want to buy one), but I still need to update my signature.
Thank you for all the inspiration on here!0 -

Happy Birthday black cat! Now do tell, what are your new boots like? I have a penchant for that type of footwear but can't buy anymore.0

Tan leather, ankle length, lowish heel, fur-lined around the ankle - needed something smartish but comfortable to wear with jeans. Not those sort of boots!0 -
