Could I join you all please?

I weigh in on Monday evenings and have lost 1 stone 7.5lbs so far. :j I help out in the shop at my meeting and I love to look at the cookbooks.

I would like to lose another 2 stone by the end of July 2013 to get back to goal

Hope it is OK to join? I will aim to post what I have eaten each day. I love the SW pasta n sauce quiche and 'KFC style' chicken.

Working full time is the hardest thing for me. I am off for the rest of this week so hopefully I will get back in control easily :o

Well, I'm due to weigh in on Wed. Was doing pretty good until the last couple of days. Ate sensibly and had just a small piece of Xmas pud on the day as a treat, along with some pork pie the next day which I never normally eat.

Have had about 4 mince pies over the whole festive period and 3 chocolates. That is honestly all. No alcohol, no biscuits, no crisp, no sweets except those mentioned.

Today I've had Oatbran and banana for breakfast.
Lunch was a piece of fish in batter (I know, I know!!) but we were at the coast and I had no chips and it WAS another festive treat.

Evening meal was SW chips, cold chicken, SW mango salsa.

So I have tomorrow and Wed to try and redeem myself. So it'll be SW soup and very light stuff until weigh-in and fingers crossed.:)

  • Hello there and a happy new year to you all! I bit the bullet yesterday evening and drove a 40 mile round trip to join a SW group so I could be ready to start in the morning (sounds mad I know but at the time it seemed the right thing to do) before going out to celebrate the new year with take away and alcohol!
I'm hoping to use a more local group, well not too local as I am sooo embarassed by my weight, but hoping some where a bit nearer so I wont have such a long journey each week!
Thought I would hop on the board and say hello to everyone as one thing I miss on the SW site is no community! After my weigh in I almost had a heart attack , I seriously need to lose some lbs before my hols in May....I've done SW before but hoping this time I've had my 'lightbulb moment'.

Hope you dont mind me joining in
