Afternoon everyone. Had my weigh in today - gained the pound I lost last week, so in two weeks I have lost exactly zilch and weigh the same as when I joined at the beginning of the month. Gutted. Am going to try green/original days this coming weeks as the EE plan is simply not helping me to lose weight. Have given up alcohol, crisps, cheeses - everything I love - and it hasn't made a difference. Lets hope a different plan will help x

Are these the Bacon flavoured waffle shaped puffed crisps? They were 74 calories when i were buying them for my son as an alternative to frazzles so they would be 3.5 syns per packet although i made him round it up to 4syns :rotfl:

Lost 3st 5lb with Slimming world so far!!
  • Got a load of ASDA ready oats in the cupboard from when bf was on one of his kicks but he's decided that as he couldn't get the texture/consistency he wanted they can go in the bin - not a huge cost at £1.30 or so but annoying.

I told him just to buy plain oats (so I could eat them too) but he was adamant. ahh well will be replacing them with plain porridge oats this week ;)

Can not shift a sweet craving today! I'm still under (just) 15 syns but over the 8.5 I wanted to stick to! Think its thirst but haven't stopped drinking!

Hello - do you mind if I ask some advice please. I have tried SW in the past and however much I thought I was doing it right I just never lost any weight.
I used to go to class every week (for months and months both times) and in the end I was told that perhaps it just wasn't for me.
I'm thinking of having another go....?

Can you let me have some ideas for breakfasts and lunches at work please as I seem to remember that these were my sticking points. If I am in office I have access to a microwave but sometimes have to eat out.

    Thanks very much
    Kath
