Natural yogurt also mixed with some eggs and nutmeg can create the white sauce for a lasagne. The possibilities are as limited as your imagination or google search.
We had that very meal tonight Stef and it's a family favourite. Now I've clicked off it but I think prawns were in it. I also use some cod in it. Tesco do a bag of mixed fish too in the freezer section and that's pretty good value.
Anyway, I don't use the nutmeg nor the Spring Onions but the rest is identical - only half of a juiced lemon though. Oh and I use potatoes and mashed carrot as a topping. It makes a huge dish full and there's usually enough for lunch the following day.0 -

Morning all,
well we are determined to get this tournament going - one team has pulled out so far (out of 11) but as they are from Ireland and have to get a ferry and tow a trailer on a couple of their cars we'll let them offWorried the Scottish team may also pull out but if they're made of real stuff they won't haha. After all they have the entirety of today to drive down - slow and steady wins and all that. we've allowed for seven hours to get there before our teams dinner reservations and it usually takes me and bf 2.5hrs!
Before that though:
B: porridge (HeB - made with half milk, Half HeA, and half water), 1tsp golden syrup (1.5syn), banana, cup of tea
L: 2 boiled eggs, some pasta, maybe some pickled onion and red cabbage like yesterday - depends how willing I am to stink up the car haha. some jelly (0.25syn), satsuma
T: out for a meal - thinking a regae regae chicken melt; chicken breast grilled topped with regae regae sauce and cheese, served with seasoned chips onions and peppersnice treat whilst out with everyone . May ask to swap the fries for a baked potato. If I'm feeling virtuous I may have the warm chicken and bacon salad :P bf and I plan to share a dessert (which mean he will eat 90% of it!)
Better start thinking about getting a shuffle on already as I need to wash, dry and curl my hair, put some make up on, cook my pasta, boil my eggs and sort out my bag. ahhh I always plan way too much for such a short space of time!************************************

Hi Everyone
Can I join back in. I have put on 3lbs since last being on the thread, I was still eating the meals but not exactly following plan, had a lot of social things on from about September onwards and a BIG birthday:D I started back properly this Wednesday so hoping for a loss. Hope you are all well and still losers
For the record, I would say I generally have my day 1/3 super free rather than 1/3 SF at every meal and it worked for me, sometimes I may just put a side of broccoli on the plate but its not ideal when it curry or chilli, someone suggested having a salad as a starter if you are having a chilli or curry etc. This may not work for everyone but does for me
Anyway todays EE plan
B - 1/2 melon with berries n nat yoghurt
L - Dyno Rod Soup, grapes, melon, satsuma
D - HM SW Salmon fish cakes using (b) for breadcrumbs, large salad, melon
S - Banana, toffee muller
A - 375ml skimmed mild to use through the day
Syns - Wine tonight, have been saving them so I am ok:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T
