  • I'm at TAAAAAAARGEEEEEET! Yeehaw!

Just had poached eggs on a white bread roll- bf reasoned with me that as I want it and its the only time we will have white bread in our house I could have one as long as I was on track until the weekend and then straight back on it Sunday night!

Got my 3.5st award tonight too :) And I got a target members pin badge :D woot!

So proud of myself now, its taken some work but I'm here and will stay - don't think the weekend will make much difference now I've properly worked out the team's schedule and meals etc :)
Tomorrow I'm working so plan is:

breakfast: porridge (HeB - made with water) and golden syrup (1syn)
    snack: banana
    lunch: pasta and boiled eggs
dinner: chicken, rice and veg sauce (5.5syn) I think is the plan after the gym

HeA: milk - will go in tea and hot choc (2)

    total syns 8.5

might have a curly wurly too so that would be 14.5

Hmm may have a curly wurly tonight too as I fancy some choc now and we have no hot choc in atm. Will do that otherwise I will beat myself up mentally for feeling deprived!

    Well done LUSH. :j

Banjo - PLEASE look on the sample menus on the SW website so you can see the amount of food you should be aiming at eating a day because none of us in here want to see you slip off the wagon because you are finding it hard to stick to due to hunger, thats the one bonus of slimming world - never feel hungry. Should you stick to the simple rules of making sure the FREE foods that are eaten are fatless and balanced out with 1/3rd superfree then you could be eating endlessly all day long and still losing weight. If you want to use your syns then go ahead and enjoy that glass of wine, just make sure it is the correct measured amount. You have 15 syns to play with and they are yours to use as you want. Dont give up on the BREAD either, you can have 2 slices from a 400g nimble/ weight watchers loaf a day if you dont have cereal so again you are not missing out. By looking at the sample menus all you have to do is read, prepare and eat!
