  • Good morning - hope you dont mind me placing my rather large bottom in here for a while! - ive just completed my 1st week on SW and have my weigh in tonight! - ive got a lot to lose (first weigh in 17stone.3lbs :(:() but really feel the time has come to sort it out - im only 36 and have already ruined the last 4 years making ' excuses' not to have to go out over christmas with the girls - so fingers crossed december 2013 will be a slimmer one! - I am already finding my health has improved in the last week - i suffer from heartburn and have had to take a 1 a day heartburn tablet for as long as i can remember -And havent needed one for 5 days! I also have stacks more energy and havent had that mid afternoon & mid afternoon slump! - Love the fact that there are so many ways of finding inspiration and support online FB is great but i still dont want to post on there as i dont want people knowing im dieting - as we all know some people can put you down before you begin! - so here i am - on here anonymous and i think by being able to follow the thread, read other peoples weightloss journeys AND see my weight in black and white as i post - in a weird way that will help me? lol who knows - fingers crossed for a nice loss tonight - and good luck to everyone else too - xx:j:j:j

well my beef, wine & mushroom casserole seems to be mostly wine with a a few mushrooms and bits of beef thrown in :o. Tastes pretty good though :o:o

I also had a veggie bag which has sweetcorn in - can someone tell me what the syn value is for the sweetcorn? There inst much - maybe a handful (at best)

    ETA welcome moomoominx

I used to buy (and still do when i can find them) the birds eye steamfresh veg bags. One pack with sweetcorn, carrot and brocolli on a red day used to be 1 syn.

Today i have had beef, wine & mushroom casserole which has a few syns in. Yesterday i did a lot of cooking in preparation for the week and made home made mushroom soup (just mushrooms & veg stock) will be using total 0% greek yoghurt to make it a bit creamier (not sure if there is syns in this though??) .
Also made veggie & tuna pasta with passata with herbs in - this is free on EE day & green (as long as you use tuna as hex b). Both will be used for lunch time.

what plan do you usually go for FE? I will see if i can think up some solutions (also whats your set up? are you at home? in work?whats the kitchen like?)
