2lbs off for me this week
My menu today:
Breakfast - Banana
Snack - yoghurt
Lunch - 6 wholemeal crackerbread, ham, cherry tomatoes, philly light, strawberries (A & B Choice)
Snack - apple
Tea - chicken kiev (philly light with chopped red chilli stuffed into chicken and covered in wholemeal roll 'crumbs') - (A choice, 0.5B for the crumb),boiled pots (0.5, green beans, baby corn, carrots
Snack - WW dessert yoghurt, 2 x Hi Fi Bar Light (6), Scottie dog shortbread (4)
Total = 10 syns2019 goal

Thanks Skint Catt! Oh booger, I thought baby corn was free and sweetcorn was not - It's a red day. Just goes to show, doesn't matter how long you have been doing the plan, you learn something new every day!!! I'll need to syn that then - was about 5 pieces - how much do you think?

Thank you RFD! I thought so too but my mum told me they are now free and I've looked them up on the website and the strawberry and raspberry tart ones certainly are! Hurrah! All the better for us! x2019 goal

Thanks beanie. Still feeling grim. I have been told there is a sickness bug floating round at the moment ..maybe I have packed it up somewhere (prob from some dirty person who doesn't wash their hands after they have been to the loo) .
