Put HEa laughing cow on it? That's about all I used to do (& sometimes smoked salmon trimmings) Something moist & reasonably strong flavoured is always good as is a pint of water with it!

Feeling hungry tonight as we ate with my daughter at 5.30 instead of our usual 7.30. Got my HEx's still to go but no SW friendly bread. Will probably have a hi-fi & cuppa if I get desperate later.
Anyone got any 'naughty' feeling snacks they like to have? Hubby out tomorrow night & I know I like to feel like I'm having a naughty treat but really want to stay on plan.

If I want a free snack I sometimes have a cold, hard boiled egg, not very exciting but filling. But for my syns I have
the thin Cabury's bar 5.5 syns
or
Coco pops bar 4 syns
or
Weetos cereal bar 5 syns, these last longest. I do have a sweet tooth so these stop me going too mad. For savoury I have a packet of pickled onion Space raiders, they're only 3 syns.
Any suggestions for low syn chocolate treats gratefully received!0
