I've heard that a white choc options mixed into fat free greek yoghurt tastes like Dream topping & is only 2 syns - might try that one day.
Haven't had a curly wurly in years! Didn't know they still made them
I'll steer clear from chocolate 'bars' though as I don't know when to stop - I seem ok with things like Hi-Fi bars (even though I love them!).
I'm planning on having dinner later tomorrow night too - my super 'breakfast' with SW chips again after baby's bedtime so hopefully I won't want much, but just in case!
Just had a bowl of cereal which has helped my hunger tonight & now a cuppa before bed.
Anyone got anything nice planned for the weekend?

Had a bit of a 'come to Jesus' moment today! I am so thankful I decided already and registered with SW on Thursday .
I went to hospital today for some of my post- cancer tests, including a sigmoidoscopy . The nurse did my BPD- and checked it 4 times over 4 hrs because it was so high! I have always had very low BP, even last year when I was about 10lb lighter than now. She called the consultant in and I have to book to get it checked at my GP surgery ASAP and avoid the gym until he says its OKI have been going 3-4 times a week so it's a real blow, however the last 3 weeks I have really struggled, feeling exhausted half way through and dizzy and sickon a couple of occasions . She said it may not be weight related as she said looking at me she wouldn't have realised I was 2.5 stone overweight -but then, I have always looked a bit deceptive weight-wise- I think it's because I don't have big boobs!)
Whatever happens I need to lose the weight and I am desperate to get clearance to carry on at the gym
Anyway, after the tests I had today and then the bad news , it hasn't been the best day of my life! The good news is that my home scales are already registering a 2lb loss since Minday, but then I wasn't allowed anything but fluids since midday yesterday until after my tests this evening !Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!0 -
suzi~You dont need to go to the gym to loose weight as I am sure you know.Eating the SW way helps with weight loss & the gym just helps you to tone up.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Hello everyone.
I started this thread in late December as a continuation of the other fabulous slimming world threads on here. I have to say I was pretty gobsmacked when it got featured in the mse weekly e-mail !! This thread offers so much support and friendship to sw members, what a lovely bunch you all are. :T I'm just sad I don't manage to keep up with this thread as much as I would like.
I think the forum bods like new threads to be started once a thread reaches 5000 + posts so in keeping with this, I've started a new thread HERE!
Hope to see you there soon :j0 -
I talked to my SW consultant about not being aleto have as many veggies as the plan states ( can't digest due to no colon) and she has said to just experiment maybe trying to gradually increase until i get to my limit and have the fruit that seems to not affect me ( melon, apples, peach, strawberries- yummy !)
Anyway today attempting EE and my plan if ok is:
Had beans on two small whole meal bread (HEB) followed by melon for breakfast.
L- Jacket potato with tuna and large mixed salad.
D- homemade quorn spag Bol with onions, garlic, celery, mushrooms and toms. Wheat free fusilli pasta ( I am trying to use up 5 bags of wheat free pasta bought earlier this year when I went on a wheat free diet for 2 weeks!)
30g chedder on spag Bol ( HEA)
Strawberries melon and grapes
Syns 4 ( 8 cups tea with dash of skimmed milk)
Want to have a yoghurt with my fruit after dinner but I'm still unclear which ones are ok? I have some weight watchers ones in the fridge I have been too scared to eat. I also have two large cartons of fat free greek yoghurt as I have in the past used it to replace breakfast or ,lunch because it is quite high protein ( over 9g in quite a small amount)Are there any free ones?
I don't want it use all my syns up in advance as I am still finding my way!Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!0 -
Hi SuziQ - if your a member of SW you will have access to syns online where you can check out the syns values. I would recommend doing that as sometimes you can think something will be syn free when it's not! Weight watchers yoghurts are either free or are very few syns. For example, the fromage frais with fruit in the bottom are between 0.5-1 syn each. The dessert range have just been made free. As long as the greek yoghurt is 0% fat free it will be fine but just check to make sure!
Your meal plan for today sounds lovely! I love tuna, could eat it every day. Can you remember when it was 50p a can? I can't believe the price of it these days!
