......Thud :rotfl:Thats me landed back on the SW wagon with a 4lb gain since the last time I entered it on My Fitness Pal. I have also got the latest SW mag, finally got it in Morrisons, need to subscribe again, funnily enough has a feature titled Stop Weekend Weight Gain so I shall read up on that at lunchtime.

    EE day for me today

B - Berries, melon, pineapple, nat FF yoghurt
L - SW Quiche (A), salad, melon, pineapple
    D - Tatties, ham, cabbage
    S - 3 x SS Ryvita (b), 2 LCL 4.5 & cold meat
Syns so far - 2 for milk in coffee, + above = 6.5

I have rejoined SW again and have gone on EE but the weight is not really moving. Week 1. 1. Week 2 ...I/5 week 3 ....1 and this week nothing I have been told by Sharon it always works I have really tightened up my meals and she has checked my planner and can't find anything I am doing wrong.........as anyone else had this problem. When you first go on a diet the first week you get a good loss........thanks for any advice given. Ann

Can you write here what you've had today & maybe we'll see if we can spot anything, though if your consultant can't see it, then we probably won't either. How about trying red or green days & see if they have any effect? Do you have much to lose - sometimes if it's only a stone or so, it will come off slowly.

Today has not been great :(.. I left work early as I felt sick after I had lunch. Ended up having a m & s salad rather than a spud. The dressing did not bode well in my tummy. Fell asleep as soon as I got home ,woke 30 minutes later & threw up.

I still don't feel much better despite being sick ..I am feeling delicate & still very tired. Not sure if I will go into work tomorrow yet.

Maman - hope you have a nice holiday.
