    Love it :D

I'm in the 9-10st 'yard' and have been for getting on 3 years. Struggling a bit to stay at target at the moment though. Am spot on target so technically not struggling but in my head I am if that makes any sense to you as it does to me :o. I prefer to be under target really.
Wish my scales didn't go up in tiny increments as I would have stayed the same this week instead of gaining .2 of a lb. I saw gain and binged yesterday :o:(
Happy Fathers Day to those who have them, 2nd year without mine and finding it hard but will NOT binge today (fingers crossed) :o
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Aw their a miss alright. 25years for me and think of him every day. So do my boys whom I brought up on my own after being left to fend for ourselves when they were tiny. Any fool can be a father but not everyone can be a Dad. His loss... my boys have grown into fine decent men. We don't need an American money making idea to tell us how we appreciate them but it is nice to let them know.

YEAY! You can do it girl! Fingers crossed
Been a bit slapdash with the weighing and recording diary today
Back to work tomorrow tho. It's finding the time to eat properly there.
Not eating enough is the road to weight gain I have noticed with some members

Makes a lot of sense to me tie. I feel 'fat' these days if I'm not below my target.

Had a very flexi day yesterday. Went to visit DD2 and she had promised a BBQ so I knew chicken and salad bits would be fine. As it happened, weather was carp so she did an indoor Italian themed meal with antipasti, focaccia and 'real' lasagne. I was stuffed and bloated last night but today feel much better. Sometimes I think a change and a rest can shake things up. Jeans are telling me I'm ok. Incidentally, I NEVER weigh other than at SW group.

  • Hey everyone I'm just back from a trip away to see my dad, since last Wednesday! I was very good though and got weighed at a SW class where my dad lives so that has kept me on track. I've tried to be good but invariably you can only eat what is put down to you. I've made healthy choices where I can, used flexible syns, and actually I've done quite a bit of walking so hoping that the scales on Weds won't be too bad! It feels quite nice to be in control even though I have gone way over my syns (due to alcohol). I haven't got those feelings associated with binge eating, normally the reason for being over syns for me so that's good. So it's Monday and it's back to normality for me.

    I'm in the 14 to 13 category - just!
