Meant to say yes I can't help weighing myself every couple of days I get a nice surprise then next day I've put on. I want to stop it tho.”Pour yourself a drink, (tea for me now)
Put on some lipstick
and pull yourself together”

Second that I go on minimins it's great.
They have a thread for each weight group
I'm in the 11st to 10s thread and when you reach the 10s then go down to the next group 10s to 9s. No one judges as your in the same boat. Such a good idea.”Pour yourself a drink, (tea for me now)
Put on some lipstick
and pull yourself together”

Thank you everybody
I have gone for roast veg. And if I feel peckish later I have some ham lurking in the fridge.
Also satsuma a and a banana.
It is all good to know as I really, really want to do this properly and be gone with the weight.
So many people have done sooooo well on here it is an inspiration and should spur me on
Thanks

Lol, I've still got baby brain - and I'll be using that excuse for the next 16 years at least
I hate trying to type on interweb on my phone - does all kinds of strange things

I did come across it but didn't have time to actually read much at the time.
I'll likely register there too....just so I share out my questions and spread the load you understand.I don't want you all buckling under.

Been using baby brain for 33yrs so it's wearing a bit thin too. Lol x
Have a grey day everyone.
Perhaps we could declare on here what weight bracken we are in
I'm in the 11 to tens at 11st 12lbs you don't have to say your weight.
Just the "yard" your in.
Besring in mind I am quite small so will be in the 8st to 9lb bracket eventually so someone taller wouldn't get that low. Or it would be unhealthy for them. Whereas I'm still obese at 10st.
No pressure or competition it would be motivational to announce you've gone down to the next bracket.
On minimins it's called through the stones to your zones
What do you all think and if it kicks off could we have our own catchy phrase?”Pour yourself a drink, (tea for me now)
Put on some lipstick
and pull yourself together”
