I just noticed at my first WI last night that most people that didn't eat much due to studying, decorating or just no time to eat regular during the day, were the the ones that either gained or maintained. Now I am a one meal a day person I'm just not hungry during the day it the evening when I indulge. Might be something in that... Since starting SW I have been having 3meals an planned snacks. It's not what I want to do but watch Dr Christian on super skinny programme he encouraged the slim and the overweight clients to eat during the day. They then balance out and look and feel much better for it. Mmm

Skin cat I think they might be from different countries with English labels. I have noticed branded goods from pound shops are definitely different.
Fairy liquid for instance is a lot thinner. I heard about mug shots last night they say they are yummy. It's a shame if they are syns from pound shops.

Sorry Skintcat got your name wrong I had spelt it Skinnycat then tried to change it!!! I'm sure you don't mind that though.
I've tried to dry fry eggs slowly but I can't get it right. They end up rubbery. When I tried with the dash of water they were perfect just slid onto the egg slice.
Must be the water steaming the egg.

Got the stuffing from you tube she used lugging cow mixed with dried chives but advise you could use quark for free food version. Gotta say it was lush. I'm stuffed now. Love SW you get loads to eat.

Hi all.. Had some catching up to do!

Back from my hols in Turkey, ate far too much, esp bread!!.. felt awfully bloated towards the end of the fortnight.. weighed myself at Boots when I got back and had a 5 1/2 lb gain from my last SW weigh in... Have managed to pull a bit of that back but official WI is tomorrow so will see what the scales say there and start afresh.. was 1.5lb off 3 stone! :)

Hope everyone is well.. hello to all the new folks

To add to the quark chat.. its lovely for a dip, add some FF natural yoghurt and garlic, chilli, chives for instance.. great for dunking carrots, celery, peppers..... not doritos tho sadly ;)

sausages, my faves are Tesco light choices Cumberland 1/2 syn each and taste nice too..
