    Have a very Happy Birthday!

I quite understand that you're not sticking to a JP tonight. Enjoy your meal with your parents and then just get straight back on the wagon tomorrow.

Hope you enjoy Matlock. I went to there on the way to Buxton a couple of weeks ago. A funny think happened when we were visiting the Dome. It's a beautiful building with an amazing echo. When I was there, a SW class was going on in a side room. Every time someone had a round of applause it reverberated all around the building. Magic!:)

That is a FAB cake :)

Have a good holiday. Enjoy it and whatever you gain you'll soon lose when you get back on plan. I know I always come back craving vegetables, restaurants never seem to do enough.

I went, I fogot my card, dropped my book, got all fuddled by the system, blank faces looked at me, i got weighed, sat down, felt like crying, passed my food diary to one helper, saying get the leader to txt me! I only lost half lb, and having been soo depressed for couple of day, I knew I would bubble if she chatted to me about it! Its my second wk !!!!!!! I feel such a failure, and YES angry that the plans says eat as much free as you want! Its actually making me eat more than I normally do- slow loss!
I am not piggin out on free food, but its still too much for me.
I am having choc tonight .

Step away from the chocolate - it'll only make you feel worse.

The first time I did SW, I gained 0.5lb in my second week. I was sitting in a room of 60+ people as it was the second week of the new years resolution people & I blubbed like a baby! I'd followed the plan to the letter so no idea what had happened.
I stuck with it & went on to lose 3.5stone in 5 months.
We all have blips we can't explain - outr body's do weird things. Keep at it - I promise it does work xx

P.s. Don't eat more than you are comfortable with - it does say in the book 'everything in moderation' but just concentrate on superfree foods if nothing else - that's the main weigh-loser x

    Wow, you did great!Catt
Thanks for the support, I shall start afresh tomorrow. Maybe my body needs to adjust to the new healthy food its getting, instead of 1 meal a day plus crisps, choc, trifles and currys sometimes.

I know a lot of bodies that have taken time to adjust! It will be such a change from one meal a day plus snacks, but eating regularly will balance out blood sugar & metabolism so that's a lot to adapt to! :D
If I didn't believe in SW I wouldn't still be here 10 years on (& no, I know I'm not a good example of SW still needing to be here 10 years on but hey, that's a whole other issue!)
    Big hugs, xx

  • Back on the wagon :) tmrw :)

I resisted cake tonight but did have lots of yummy things inc bread for the first time in several weeks, but it was lovely homemade bread. I even had butter!

I could have been much much worse than I was, which I guess is one thing. But def back on the wagon tmrw & will be finding hills to walk up even if it kills me lol
