LOL, not to worry, lots of TMI talk on hereI feel a bit lighter in that respect myself today. Still a bit bloated though and no sign of * week yet - not late but normally I don't really get any signs that it's on its way until just before, and I've felt like it's been imminent for days. As long as the bloat goes by next WI I'll be happy

 Hello all
Great losses up there! I'm finding Quark very hard to get this weather! It was in my bigger Tesco and now they seem to have stopped doing it - annoying.
I have discovered Quorn Cocktail Sausages and this is not a good discovery as they are a syn each and with 12 in a pack - there's your daily syn allowance almost gone.....................
Roll on the weekend as work has been tired this week
I've a lovely salad for lunch today with those sausages in it and boiled eggs so will be yum
Dinner will be calamarie salad with a few slimming world chips.0 -

What exactly is quark and what does it taste like?
I handnt though of getting frozen berries, its a good idea, as for other frozen fruit,ie, strawbs etc, I imagined that they would turn out too WET as they defrost?
I am finding it hard to decide on Hex a or b, I need milk for my coffees as I couldnt do without, I love a bit of cheese, and want my syns for other things! I wonder if I can have half milk allowance, and a tiny half portion oc cheese to grate on toast, and still leave my syn allowance. Might try skimmed instead of semi milk.
I over did it with a bag of crisps again, so I will not buy them again.
After years of it being unavaiable in UK, my fave ever choc is back in the shops Grr! I didnt give in, but all last night,I had a vision of it floating in front of my eyes.:)
Its Cadburys tiffin, its small square bar, so I doubt if its in any syn list, being just newly out. they have the other varieties too.. mmm!
Might get one as a special Sat night treat:) but will it set me on a downward spiral?0 -

Syns - 2 for milk in coffee + above =5
Didnt get round to having my hot choc or HEB last night, was busy in the garden until 10.15:eek:, turf arrives today. Plan is to enjoy it at the weekend with a glass of wine (hopefully if the weather is nice, if not & its dry we will fire up the chimnea):TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Bit gutted as have gained 0.5lb...my first ever gain and this is after being very hard on myself this week, following my leaders 7 challenge (7 SF foods, 7 SS foods and only 7 syns per day) and doing my Bronze Body Magic Award. This week I have felt deprived and moody - like I was on a diet (which I never felt before) and feel like I'm sick to my stomach of fruit and veg. Leader has suggested I try Success Express but I feel this would be harder for me and could lead to me jacking it in all together. I'd like to go back and just do the plan as is - this is the first week I've tried a harder option and its led to my first gain, I was losing before - if it ain't broke why fix it?
Leader has also said because I'm 9 stone 7 (and a nasty little half), I shouldn't eat more than 10 syns a day and I should never go up to 15. She is going to look closely at my food diary next week.
Well done on losses everyone and good luck for staying on track over the next week.0
