The voucher is only valid until June 10th is that right? I'm arriving in the UK on the 17th and would love to go to a class or two while I'm there. The group I joined last year is on a Tuesday so I could go as soon as I arrive and then the day before I leave but would really like to save some money if at all possible.Mediterranean Mum

Thanks for all your kind wishes, I am getting back on the wagon today, normally Wed is my WI but I didn't want to see what I had put on, would have depressed me even more. I told DH I was starting the shred tonight, conversation went like this
DH "you cant, what about your neck"
Me - "its fine now"
DH - "what about your knees"
Me - "their fine"
DH - "what about your back"
Me - "Its fine" :rotfl:
No more excuses, I won't know how my body is going to cope unless I try, so will take my measurements when I get home & get started before dinner, even if kids :rotfl:at me!!
Maman - I meal plan every 4 weeks, my DH gets paid 4-weekly so thats when I buy all meat etc & do a cookathon. I only buy stuff like fruit veg etc weekly, saves a lot of waste as well as time. My time at home was not wasted, I potted plants & the house has not looked so clean in ages, as soon as DH had finished, I called work & they told me to go in so I was in for around 2-3 hours a day, so all was not lost
So EE Plan today:-
B - 1/4 melon, frozen berries, FF nat yoghurt
L - SW Quiche (a), salad, 1/4 melon
D - Potatoes, ham, cabbage
S - Toffee muller, banana
HEB - 2 alpen lights
Syns - 2 for milk in coffee, 1 for salad dressing, 2 for hot choc:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Hello, can I just check, is it this week's Bella that has a voucher for SW? When is it valid until?
I'm getting married in 4 months, I've done SW many times before and have just decided I'm going to re-join & try really hard before my wedding.
Came back to check this page was still going and see theres a voucher, must be a sign!

Yes thats right. Shame its not valid for an extra couple of weeks or so.

Yes its in bella magazine, and the voucher must be used before the 10th June.

Hello All,
I have decided to stop lurking and join in.
I am doing the plan on my own and started yesterday.
Menu was:-
Porridge made with % fat vanilla yogurt with satsumas and grapefruit.
Spag bol made with quorn,mushrooms,peppers,onion,passata and tin black eyed peas! Pasta.
HexA- milk
35g full fat mature cheddar (can somebody tell me syn value please)
I will be having the same today.
I am really struggling at the moment, not just with eating but with everything,
I have depression and have lost my mojo.
Just trying to do it a day at a time.0 -
