Just had lunch - a lovely tuna salad but now I'm hungry - I mean literally 10 minutes after finishing the last mouthful I'm thinking OK what can I eat now!!!!!
I've got my bottle of water beside me but I'm desperate to get up off my chair and go and look in the fridge even though I know I won't find anything!!!!!!!!!
1 - sit on your hands
2 - look at a picture when you were at your largest and think "do i really want to be in this place again"
3 - cut up some carrot sticks, peppers, celery and nibble on those instead. Or cook some spuds and eat them cold (ish) boiled potatoes.
4 - read a book
5 - is the weather nice? Can you pop outside for a 10 min stroll? Fresh air to help get rid of your cold.
6 - Brush your teeth

I cant see the post I wrote yesterday so it must have been when myconnection went down.
Has anyone got a nice curry recipe apart from the above coconut one please?
Also is low fat cottage cheese with pineapple syn free?
Late night tv watching led me to having 2 bags of crisps.
Oddly since starting last week I get hungrier than before, its because the system makes my body expect more regular feeding now, before with fruit late morning and one biscuit with my meds, I didnt fancy eating till about 4pm, then I would grab crisps. dinner was a proper meal but not big, around 7pm. THEN after dark, late night tv in bed would see me eating BIG chocloate bars or a plate of ice cream and pud!
I dont beleive its possible to lose a lifelong passion for chocolate. usually I can forego it for 3 weeks max , so I am worried that by 3rd week I will cave in to a splurge!0 -

Actually had a call out to a client so that got me out of the house. It's too hot though to walk around. Temperatures up over 30 degrees today and just took some photographs of the incoming sand storm which is due to hit tomorrow sending temperatures up to the 40s - OMG!!!Mediterranean Mum
