    Hi nessie

Hows the pregnancy coming along? :)

are the sausages really free again?is it the frozen or chilled variety?

Pregnancy going well thank you - little bean has been quite active over last couple of days - i swear some people at work think i am odd just sitting there staring into space with a grin on my face

Low Fat Sausages, 6 pack, frozen, 50g each FREE!!!!

There was a note in the mag that said only available in Sainsbobs and £2.25 per pack:eek:

I am going to go on a hurt this week for them and the best price! & stock up - i virtually lived on them when i first started SW and will always say they helped me loose the 4st!

We don't talk about when they stopped doing the free ones - or when Onken Vanilla's recipe changed to be stupid syns or when kelloggs stopped doing the fibre plus bars (still have a stash of those though!) - why do these food people mess with us???

Just found this which gives a pic of them :)

LOL at the 'we don't talk about...' - Macpep and I are ignoring the fact that wholemeal pittas are no longer a HEB!

Hello I have not been on for a while. I have been in the huff. Put on 1.5 before my hols no idea why! Put on 5 LBS on my all inclusive hols to Tenerife. I have been to class today and have lost 2 lbs this week. It is amazing what you can do when you stick to the free foods and count your sins. I now have 9.5 lbs to get rid of before I hit my goal weight. I keep getting near and then put on the same few lbs.
I have been reading every ones's tips and bad times and thank everyone.
Rainbowfairydust I have joined so many times I can not remember but every time I get the same lovely welcome from my Leader and they are delighted to see newbies so good luck.
My best two tips this time are write all sins down even though you know you have gone over and then you will cut down the next few days and the other is not to buy the sins in bulk. If you want it go out and buy it. It might make you decide not to eat it.
I think I have rambled a bit its nice to be back!

You are definitely not alone!! Especially when the weather is so cold and wet and miserable, all I want to do is curl up under a duvet with a hot water bottle and lots of "beige foods" (thats what my skinny sister has always called lovely pastries, crisps, breads, cakes, battered and breadcrumbed goodies:rotfl:)

Have been craving s'mores all weekend due to the bbq weather, but resisted and "luckily" its definitely no longer the weather for them! :( and :o However, there is a can of lovely high fructore corn syrupy real american mountain dew in the fridge and i'm not sure how long i'm going to be able to resist it!!
