:)So WI last night 1.5 off - which was delighted with.
The PMT is melting my head this week so I was glad of a loss to keep me happy and focused lol.
Made up some tandori chicken in the oven last night and am having that today for lunch with a massive green salad - can't wait.:j
After WI last night I made for my dinner Old del Paso Chicken Fajitas but served with boiled rice as opposed to the wraps. I had some salsa and no fat greek yogurt and two slices of tesco half fat cheese slices over the top. It was amazing!!!!!!:j I will be making this for my dinner at the weekend again as I love fajitas. Total syns for the meal 5 in the fajita mix, 2 in one cheese slice one as HE and 2.5 in the salsa. Totally yummers! So around 9.5 probably but not bad for a treat. It was either that or the chippy lol so I was glad I avoided the chippy.
There was a woman in my group last night who hasn't had a chippy since the day she joined sw - 3 years ago !!!
Was annoyed as they didn't have the magazine last night and don't think it hits the shops until tomorrow so will have to wait patiently to get my fix
Good luck to all today:T0 -
Hello all,
Good to see you back RFD, have been wondering about you. Good to see you hear you're back on the wagon. Hope things are better for you this week MedMum and Swiperno. Well done Lantanna and the other losers, fab!
Haven't been around for a few days as was at a funeral on Fri, then away for a couple of days. Was at my folks as we had loads of family round for my niece's birthday party, and me and my mum (both doing SW) prepared all the SW-unfriendly food! Thankfully my fab mum had written out a SW menu and a 'normal' menu, so even though we made sponge cakes, trifle, lasagne, sausage rolls etc. we had our own SW lasagne and lots of other bits that were for both menus, like salad, new potatoes, boiled eggs, cold meats. We also had a blancmange with sugar free jelly, fromage frais and fruit. I am pleased to say I didn't partake in ANY of the naughty stuff, not even licking the spoon when I iced the cake or made the cheese sauce (it helped that my brother was hovering around waiting to scrape out the pan :rotfl:), so I was a little disappointed last night when I gained 1.5lb despite sticking to it 100%. Saying that, * week is imminent and I do feel a little bloated so I can only put it down to that. Hopefully next week I'll get back below where I was. I'm meeting up with some friends I haven't seen for a while in mid-July and want to have my 6st award by then, if not 6.5!
So, EE today:
B: Porridge, banana, milk (A)
L: Paella (2), apple
T: Chicken stir fry, ham and egg fried rice, noodles
S: Spiral (6)
Have a good day folks2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]

Im sorry you have had a little gain but well done you for not eating any naughties, and it was lovely of your mum to have a special "SW" menu for you. What a lovely thing to do
Hope the funeral went ok.

Red day for me today (it is raining again ..BLEUGH :wall:) which is a bit depressing, still at least we had a nice 3 days over the bank holiday so musnt complain too much.
Feeling ok within myself (no screaming hormones )though which is also good, especially as * week will happen at some point during this week.
During the last 6 weeks or so i have swapped the agnus castus tablets (to help with PMS) as i wasnt sure it was actually working and then started taking a vitamin B complex alongside the St Johns Wort, Magnesium, Omega 3,6 & 9 and vitamin E supplements. So far all is good - like i mentioned last night i am definatley much calmer within myself (whether this is the st johns wort or vitamin b complex i dont really know) . It is costing me a bomb in supplements but hey ho..peace of mind and all that. Plus I still want to avoid taking the pill if possible.
Red day for me today
B - 35g of grape nuts (hex b) (gross and not what they were 6 months ago.Its more like granola now) with hex a milk.
L - 4 slices of WM Weight watchers bread (400g loaf) - 2 as a 2nd hex b, and the other 2 are synned at 2.5 per slice (according to my book) with 1/2 hex a light laughing cow (x 2) and bernard matthews BBQ turkey chunks( hoping this is still free) . Then a lemon WW yoghurt (0.5)
D - Chicken breast with cauli, broccoli & carrots. Followed by some pineapple
snacks - apple, options (2) and some strawberries and skimmed milk for tea (2 syns)

Just a quick one
Quorn Sausages are free again!!! (only certain types though - low fat)
Put on 1lb over last 2 weeks - not bad considering
Welcome back RFD :-)
Well done to all the losers & good luck for WI's this week x0 -

Thanks - the funeral was for my 93yo great aunt so wasn't entirely unexpected and she had a good long life - bet she never expected to be around in 2013!
I think the keys to not eating the naughties were (a) the lovely SW-friendly food (me and my mum discussed it beforehand and we went shopping when I got there on Friday but she put all the work into thinking it up - it's great that we can support each other) and (b) knowing beforehand that since there was stuff I could eat, there was no need for me to even contemplate the other stuff so I didn't - in my head, eating it didn't even come into question. I found that mindset worked for merainbowfairydust wrote: »ps i am surprised i am not rattling from all the multivitamins :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Lol, well if it helps it's worth it. I usually take lots of vitamins as well as glucosamine and omega 3 but have been a bit slack with taking them recently- need to get back to it as knee is playing me up at the moment (after me saying the other day it hardly bothers me - that'll teach me to open my big mouth...)Blowden I really hope the day comes that I can say that I hope to be getting my six stone award soon!!
I'm sure you will be in the not too distant future- it all adds up and you're doing really well. This time last year I never thought I'd be saying it now!2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]
