Blimey, those Oatbran (Scanbran) bikkies fill you up! I had 2 mid afternoon and still not hungry. OK they taste like old bits of mangled carpet tiles but they do fill you up.:rotfl:0

I have to say I am tempted. I didn't realise how much I used the SW online stuff. Tryng to get by with my fitness pal right now.
Though the carrot cake from the recipe thread here was nice
Sandy, I've never done Success Express. I know it's supposed to help you lose the extra gained off plan but it always seemed like a false cheat... cutting down for a few days then going back to the usual plan.0 -

My mum did SW years ago and lost a lot, I was always quite skinny until I met someone and we lived on takeaways and pub meals! I tried WW but always felt I was losing and gaining the same 4 lbs... Atkins worked for me in my mid 20's and I lost loads but the past year or so I've put on quite a bit and can't shift itI used to do Martial Arts so that kept me fit but had to stop coz I was getting too many injuries! I know if I got fit again it'd help..
I joined a SW class last Wednesday so I'm still in my first week, I've been reading all the posts( and the old threads back to 2010!)I'm still trying to get my head round it a bit, remembering my HeA and B's etc (no worries remembering the syns, guffaw
I'm doing extra easy and I'm going to study my books back to front on my day off tomorrow!
I had today:
B- cup of tea splash of milk (planned to have brekkie at work but had a lot to sort out when I got there and missed the chance!)
L - leftover pasta from last night :
Pasta shapes eg fusilli, dried, chopped tomato,3 rashers grilled lean bacon, rind removed, chopped mushroom, 2 scrambled eggs, 20g mature cheddar cheese (hea)1 tblspn mayo (5.5 syns) cook the pasta, drain, mix in all the other stuff, nom!
D - tuna steaks seared in fry light, massive load of lettuce and cucumber, new potatoes, black pepper, 1 tsp mayo (3 syns?)
Large glass of red wine (8.5 syns)
Any feedback on my menu today would be appreciated! XCredit Card Debt:[STRIKE]£12991[/STRIKE] £12526

does anybody know what the low syn sausages are? I thought I read somewhere that tesco light choices pork sausages were 1 syn each but when I searched it on the app they come up as 4 syns :-/
Check that the app is set to extra easy as I don't think it chooses that automatically.Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

Good Morning Everyone
I hope you all have something great planned to make the most of the lovely weather. I think we'll be taking the toddler for a bike ride.

Measure your milk, and your wine. Get used to doing it now at the start. Before you know it, it's habitual. I got some measuring cups (well I call them pans) from Home Bargains. There's one for exactly 250ml and one for 75 in the collection so I don't have to mess about with measuring jugs.
The pasta sounds lovely. - remember to add super free to your plate not just in your meal. - Though a good chunk of us here add it to the meal and go with it that way.aggypanthus wrote: »Thanks Swiper and Sandy for the info.

While you know, and didn't feel like eating Aggy, just be careful. Turning this into a habit will stop your weightloss.0 -
Been MIA for a week as had a week from hell at work last week and couldn't focus on anything else. Didn't eat, sleep or exercise properly and I'm still exhausted from it all.
On the plus side I went on Friday for a hike with hubby which involved lots of climbing - my thighs told me on Saturday that I'd worked out well :rotfl:
Went for another long walk on Saturday afternoon with lots of hills.
Zumba class was cancelled last night unfortunately but think I might have finished myself off if I'd gone. Went for a 45 min walk at 6am this morning instead so at least back on track with the exercise.
The eating is out of control at the moment but hope to get it under control by the end of this week. Next weekend will be the first weekend we've been home for weeks and I'll finally be able to cook on Friday and prepare for the following week so that I have food in the freezer.
Today has started really badly already but going to try and put it behind me and lunch will be tuna salad. Dinner will be some kind of soup and a salmon recipe from one of the SW magazines that I have sitting by the side of my bed.Mediterranean Mum
