First weigh in tonight, I'm nervous! iv been really good and stuck to it all week so if iv not lost anything I'll be upset I think.
Alas I'm not a member - just doing it at home using the stuff I have from last year, before I fell off the wagonwhen life gives you lemons, stick them in your top & pretend you have pointy boobs.

First "official" on line weigh in and lost 2.5lb. Quite pleased, but had hoped for a bit more being the first week although I know I have struggled to keep to it strictly
Will keep to it and hopefully things will become easier as my 4 week old sleeps a bit better and I don't appear to have an extra 6 hours in the day due to lack of sleep- just more time to blinking eat.....:rotfl:
Well done to all the other weigh inners - losses, maintains and gains! A new week starts tomorrow0 -

Well done!
I had WI yesterday and got 1 stone and slimmer of the week, lost 5lb. It was my fifth week so really please. Often read this forum and get tips but not much time to post. So thanks for all your inspiration!0 -
Quite pleased, at WI yesterday I'd lost another 2lbs. I've still got 2 weeks of a 12 week countdown left and had had a 3 week holiday in Florida but in that time I've managed to lose 11lbs so I'm really happy with that. I'm super motivated now to lose another 3lbs in the next 2 weeks and get my stone award.
Our leader has set an optional 7lb challenge to lose 7lbs in 7 weeks. I've joined because that 7lb will take me down to 9 stone which will be the slimmest I've been in at least 7 years and something I would like to get back to. I don't know what I want my target to be yet. I will review at 9 stone.
Anyway, part of the 7 challenge is to aim to;
Have 7 SF foods a day
7 SS foods a day
7 glasses of water a day
Limit yourself to 7 syns a day
This is all to kick start weightloss in time for summer. Will let you know how I get on. Good luck all! Have a good weekend0 -
Well done to all the losers and good luck to all the had a difficult week but will be a loser next weekers!!!!!
I've really struggled this week, Chinese Monday night (for bday), piece of Chocolate Cake and I've been eating my syns and more every day so far this week. It is also PMT week for me and I'm sure that will lead to a gain as it did last month.
Anyway not worrying too much. I feel so much better now I've 20 lbs off - much happier and more energy and more options in my wardrobe
So whatever happens on Monday I'll take it on the chin and plough on - we are only human after all
Have a fabulous weekend everybody! I for one can't wait to do some relaxing0 -
Hello folks, I joined for the first time ever last night.
Today I feel a bit let down, the lady gave us 4 starters a good first chat, but disnt mention or ask about setting a target weight. Also she had computer probs, so didnt give me a log in PIN, saying I will get it next week. I need that extra info to get underway so I am a bit annoyed.
I want to know about free branded foods, ie, rice etc etc , quick fix till the proper cooking starts at night. I cant find this anywhere online today.
Should I call her to ask for the PIN today? she also didnt give me her number!
I just want to eat crisps today!!0 -
Welcome to all the newies.
