 I used to have a 2 finger Kit Kat nearly every day in life - sometimes two! Haven't had one in 6 weeks and can honestly say I don't miss them. Think I just ate them out of routine and without even thinking really.

That is so the thing with me - if I plan out what I am going to eat then I can stick to it which is great. But if I don't get the time to plan then I just eat things without thinking.............. So after Monday's birthday meal and having too many syns yesterday today I'm back at it for the rest of the week with miltary precision:eek: Have food planned out for the rest of the week and intend to stick to it.

    Menu for today

    B; Muller Lite
L: Chicken Tikka Salad with Boiled Egg and Ham
    D: SW Lasagne with Salad

Syns for the day are the cheese in the lasagne that hasn't been HE

If I'm struggling later I'll have a freddo or mini crunchie as well.

Oh I went to a big Asda last night and came away with loads of individual mini bags of buttons, milky bar buttons, smarties, mini crunchies, tiny wee bags of jelly babies etc - was fab:T So whenever I fancy something sweet my syns are sorted. Thankfully this doesn't happen every day but these wee treat size packs are ideal as I find it much easier to open something and finish it and then no I'm done. I have big problems when it comes to bigger packets - weird the way with the smaller ones when I'm done I'm done and won't open anymore :o!

Went to WI last night and am delighted to report lost another 3 and a half pounds and was SOW - very happy!

Consultant told us about Success Express where you have to have 2/3's superfree food and 1/3 free, there have been new food diaries set up to record this so I'm going to give it a go this week. If anybody wants more details I'll check in book and put more details on this evening - it's been devised for people who want to speed up weight loss because they have been slowing down or if they've got something coming up or getting near to target.

Didn't weigh in this week due to scan but thought i would update you all with a piccie!

Little b*gger had their legs crossed & didn't want to show their feet/belly/liver to the scan lady & if we had wanted to find out the gender we wouldn't have been able to!

    Fingers crossed this works!

    PIC COMING SOON!

Well done Sandypan, fab loss! Like you style of planning Lantanna, mini choccy treats :) ETA - well done to you too Psycho, been some great losses this week!

I can't see the pic Nessie, not sure if anyone else can. Did you want to find out the sex? Oh well, a surprise is nice!

Think I'm having another green day today, just the way it's turned out:
    B: Berries, pineapple, yogurt, syrup (2), 1 weetabix (1/2 B), milk (A)
L: Last of the spinach and potato curry, rice, apple
T: Am thinking soya mince bolognese as OH is home and will want something wholesome, cheese (B)
    S: Alpen light (1/2 B), Spiral (6)

Has anyone been watching The Fall? Caught a bit of the 2nd ep this week and thought it looked intriguing so went back and watched both on iPlayer in bed last night. I'm hooked but have to say, watching something about a serial killer who targets woman who live alone whilst I was in by myself wasn't a good move- every creak made me jump!
