I don't drink milk - except in the form of options hot choc. I don't really like it tbh. I have loads of yogurt so I know I'm not going to be lacking in calcium etc. I tend to do HEA with cheese triangle things as can't be trusted near real cheese not to eat the entire block in one go
I have a problem with craving bread, cereals, biscuits etc so am trying to stay away from it hence why I don't often have HEB
I didn't cook the chicken myself it was pre-cooked sainsburys thing covered in a chilli & lime marinade, which is why I syned it. But again I guessed as had no way of looking it up while at work.
I guess I would rather over syn something than under.
You need to be eating your HEB... Why not cook something in olive oil or see what soups you could have? Some cooked fruit is also a B. it's not just cereals and breadsx

b- banana & ff yog (the B&M - actually not bad)
l - apple, grapes, frozen ww yog x 2, cheese triangles (HEA)
t - salad, roast beef, batchelors chicken & mushroom pasta in sauce thing
frozen yog x 2
s - hot choc (2), alpen light lemony onewas nice (1/2 HEB)
are alpen light bars or equivilant HEB ones on offer anywhere? I really begrudge paying £2 a box & would rather do without esp as hubby 'forgets' they are mine and scoffs them unless I hide the !!!!!!s!
went to Dr today - flipping meds cost me nearly £25!!! advised to get a knee support thingy & some pain killers to try. Told to continue with sleep hygeine stuff BUT (1) to take the zopiclone in a specific pattern & (2) to go bed at same time EVERY night & take tablet 1 hr before. So 2am bedtime is aimed for every night. Yay for me. & he said don't bother trying to get an early night becuase it probably won't work anyway. Except, of course, I'm going to have to try for early night when I have an early shift or long day ....
Oh & he weighed me & it looks like I may have lost more weight than I thought. But always hard to say because of different scales etc. But it kinda cheered me up anywaywhen life gives you lemons, stick them in your top & pretend you have pointy boobs.

not a major soup fan, but will look up what cooked fruit counts as HEB. Might try those porridge sachet thingies again as quite liked them - except for the fact that I wanted 2 or 3 at a timewhen life gives you lemons, stick them in your top & pretend you have pointy boobs.

Rob your doing really well. I'd love to catch up with your weightloss. 2lb off for me this week which was delited with bringing my total to 20 lbs. Only 4 & a half stone to go ................................................wish it came off much faster lol.0 -
:eek:Re the fruit debate
I do enjoy a drink at the weekends and mostly keep it between my sins. That is what I choose to spend my sins on - for others chocolate / crisps etc and what I choose is up to me. Cutting back on fruit works for me as cutting back on different things works for us all.
At the end of the day its all still calories and where you get your calories from is up to the individual. If you eat to much of anything it is going to restrict your weight loss and in my case it is fruit and carbohydrate.

If you have a B&M Bargains near you they often have Alpen lights, usually just one or two flavours so you can't be picky but they are much cheaper. Home bargains and places like Farmfoods/Heron sometimes have them too, and Asda occasionally do 2 for £3 but it's still dear, especially when you see how cheap they can be in other shops. The Benefit bars from Aldi (I think they're 99p a box) are 2 for HEB too. My hubby eats mine too but I don't mind so much if they aren't expensive, or I buy him something similar like the Chewee bars which are also cheap and you get about 10 to a box.
What's up with your knee (sorry if you've already said, memory can't keep up!)? Had never heard the term sleep hygiene before but just googled it, you learn something new every day.
I'm delighted to say I lost 3lb this week and got my 5.5 stone award :j It was flickering between two numbers and eventually went down, putting me dead on what I needed for the shiny sticker. I think some of that came from last week where i thought I should have lost more, but will still have to be extra careful this week, especially since I'm going to a funeral on Friday then away to my folks for a couple of days - mum is on SW though so food there has already been planned outWas hoping for a long bike ride with OH over the bank hol but I read that the weather is meant to be horrendous so might have to g back to the shred- haven't done it for a while.
Green today as not having any meat, but not sure I'll use my extra HEs either, we'll see how it goes:
B: Berries, yog, 1 weetabix (1/2, honey (2), milk (A)
L: Jacket potato, tinned spaghetti, salad, apple
T: Spinach and potato curry, rice
S: Pineapple, Benefit bar (1/2, either a small glass of wine or a Freddo depending on whether I have to drive my friends home or not (5)
Have a good day folks
ETA - well doe Lantanna. Have to say, I don't drink often but I tend to have had slightly better losses when I saved my syns and used them for drink (apart from the A-Z pub crawl when I put on half a pound but then 26 drinks probably took me slightly over syns!)2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]
