Not quite sure how to syn today :-s
b - porridge (HEB), plums, sf jelly & yog
l - chicken, apple, yog
t - went to harvester & had -
sea bass (?syns or oil to cook), green beans, new pots, parsley & creme friache sause (40cals - ?syns), LOT of salad, bowl of pineapple
s - grapes, hot choc (2)
made mistake of going on scales tonight in Boots (was encouraging hubby to get weighed) & they reckoned I am 19st 13lbs!!!!!! so a 6lb increase from Monday!!!!!
Could have easily gone off the deep end at harvester, but stayed good. Not sure how I have managed to put on 6lbs in 2-3 sodding days, esp when I'm not going mental on syns. In fact the only change has been having porridge as HEB & even that is plain porridge from the individual sachets made with WATER!!!!
grrrr
But tried to stay good & healthy & won't let this blip put me off the long haul goal ....
even if it is annoying.when life gives you lemons, stick them in your top & pretend you have pointy boobs.
When life gives you melons, stick them in your top & say you've had a boob job0 -
Does this one work?
Must be a boy nessie, quite clearly picking his nose
Have to say, I NEVER see a Guinee Pig in your avatar. I see a Great Dane's head as he's lying down. I only see a GP if I look again. The GP's ears are the GD's eye, and the GP's eye is the GD's nostril. Does anyone else see that? Move the angle of the monitor up a bit if you can't.

You'll need to syn some oil for cooking the sea bass but the fish itself will be free. The sauce at 40 cals will be 2 syns so not too bad for a meal out.
Ignore the Boots scales - they'll be different from the scales you normally use. Mid-week weighing isn't a good idea either as your weight goes up and down throughout the day, never mind throughout the week. The only weigh in which matters is your REGULAR weekly SW weigh in.
