I'm loving all the newbies and chatting on here at the mo :j.
I've had a much better day food wise today and haven't been feeling hungry which is great, i've also walked 10 miles again today so hopefully that will help with the weight loss next week.
B - Fruit and Fibre with milk (hea and heb) Mango.
L - Vegetable omelette with salad. Yogurt.
D - Salmon, new potatoes and roast veg.

Hiya all, I have just had a really good day today, and I am feeling a lot better about losing weight and not giving up I have about 2stone 3lb to lose. So, I have to concentrate on keeping to the programme and getting it off. Today was.
B Bacon scrambled egg and beetroot Clementine
S yoghurt
L Split pea and lentil soup 1 small slice of bread Hx B. Apple
S Crumpet & butter 6 syns
D Egg s/w chips and mixed beans banana
S Soup small slice of bread & butter 5 syns clementine
11 syns in total. Have I cracked it ?0 -
Evening all, nearly forgot to post food
[memory like a sieve at the moment]
Not sure what day this is, could be green id use bacon as 2nd heb, not enough sf for EE.
B - weetabix milk [a] coffee
S - carrot
L - bacon & lentil soup [strange taste, very tangy but nice & filling] cue, cheesy curls [4.5]
T - jacket pots x2, scrambled egg, beans, tom sauce [1]
Syns - 5.5
Was supposed to have some crackers with soup but was full & forgot I had them in lunch box, also had apple/pineapple but forgot my yogurt so didn't eat fruit [need yog or can't face it
]. Soup was ??? not sure if it should taste like it did as not had lentils before, also not sure about what else hubby put in it :rotfl:
I hope its all worth it come WI.

What do the social team get badges for?For being in the social team

Yes as beanielou says - name badges for the peeps that help out. Target members receive a (target) certificate and sticker. A badge with the words "Target" on is also awarded but from the comments made, I guess not all consultants give these out - I imagine the consultants have to buy everything we see at class so I suppose some don't bother. (I guess they can't afford everything). There is also a Target booklet given out which gives lots of tips and help/ideas for how to maintain your target weight.
Other certificates handed out are the weight loss certificates (starting from 1/2 stone then 1 stone, 1 1/2 stone, 2 stone 2 1/2 stone, 3 stone etc (following on to however many pounds the member may have lost). Body Magic certificates are also handed out to members for completing their body magic (fitness) awards. These awards are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Plantium. Members have to fill in exercise diaries (which they pass to their consultant) The member must maintain the exercise week, week in, week out. How do I eat out and keep to SW?? Im taking ds to a soft play place after nursery, we will be there at lunch time! I havent had any HE yet and Im going to eat loads of fruit before I go, hopefully there will be something easy that I know I can have.Good enough club member number 140

Hope you found something suitable to eat Jen. Jacket potatoes and beans are generally a safe bet at places with snack bars.0 -
Well last night was a huge disappointment i STS despite staying within syns all week and keeping a food diary to give me incentive and motivation. Showed consultant the diary and she said something isnt right because this keeps happening so i am to keep a diary this week too and she will pass them on to the area manager for another eye over them to see if anything is being missed. Was feeling really dispondant when i came home and thoughts of ransacking hubbies naughty stash past my mind - that is until a migraine saved me and my meds knocked me out for the night lol.
So todays meals have gone like this -
B, HUGE fry up - 2 sausages (1 syn), bacon, mushrooms, beans, eggs.
L, hm minestrone soup, mixed berries and yogurt,
T, cod, new pots, microwave veg pot from M&S (butter removed so free) banana and apple.
HEA milk, HEB hifi bar,
Syns - sausages, 3 for milk at dads in my coffee there as he only has steralised and may have a club later with a cuppa.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Lost 3st 5lb with Slimming world so far!!0
