My consultant doesn't do target member badges - gutted as I wanted one! haha
Today I'm feeling quite snacky but haven't touched anything yet other than a few bits of pasta. Just trying to work out what I want for my lunch tomorrow at training - considering trying a red or green day so that I can have 2 HEs and use one for breakfast and one for lunch.
In fact I will go and read about the other two plans now as I've never quite got my head around it!************************************

lushlifesaver, I havent read up about the red and green days yet either. I dont want to confuse myself :rotfl:
This might be a stupid question.... If I make soup using SF veg and have a big bowl before my evening meal, does it matter if I dont get 1/3 of SF on my plate?

Should be fine to count soup as your 1/3 as you'll probably eat a smaller meal because of it2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]

Hello
Just found this thread... I joined my local SW group on 2nd Jan and had my first week weigh in last night. Absolutely delighted with 7lb loss!! I know mostly water, but a wonderful kickstart... and can honestly say have found it much easier than any other 'diet' I have done. I am new to SW and LOVE the fact there is no counting... I have never eaten so much fruit and veg!
I have a very long journey ahead but actually feel like I may get there this time
This thread looks great and good to pick up ideas. Especially like the idea of mugshots - will look out for those as work lunch is what I find hardest.

I have been lurking around for the past few days (again) and wondering whether i should post or not. As some of you know i had an up & down year last year and really i probably (isnt hindsight a wonderful thing) should have waited til i was ready before rejoining SW again last November because even though i thought i was ready i wasnt..I fell off plan again (shock horror
) and i havent watched what i have eaten at all meaning i have gained several pounds
.
I am now at the stage where i feel ready to restart SW again , and i have been "acquiring" the free SW supplments which have been in the mirror this week, and purchased a copy of woman magazine for the free registration voucher and plan to re-join tomorrow.
Is it worth me buying the food directory again or are the syns pretty much the same as what they were in 2012? I cant help but feel that SW may "alter" them slightly just to get people to open their purses? Am i just being cynical?
Congratulations to all those that have stuck with the plan and continued to lose ..i am in awe of you for having such determination . I really hope that 2013 will be the year that i make this change on my life.
There appear to be a few cynics around - I mentioned the very same "thought" a few posts back. I am still using 2012 book, and just syn searching online. I still have access to the online database so I can get the upto date info.
There are a few slight alterations in syn values, a few things that now are syned when they were free.
Personally had a blow out day yesterday, very little sleep didn't help the on going CBA attitude that saw me gain 3lb at weigh in. I have no one to blame but myself. I know why I'm out of my planning, because hubby is now home, having been made redundant. The normal control and routine is out the window.
This yoyo approach isn't good though. Here's hoping tommorrow will be a "under maximum syn day" As I am slightly over today, and yesterday..I lost count at a googleplex worth of syns. If I can maintain under 15 syns for the next 4 days I might have a STS
3 bags of grapes and a load of Fresh Fruit and veg will help though!0
