Therre is a badge that you can get when you get to target.
Not all consultant's seem to give them out~maybe because they have to pay for them.
Social team also can get badges.

  • Hello all
Been without power much of the day, so went for a brisk beach walk with the dog and DH. At least it was dry for us to get out. And then when we came back, still no power, so studied my food optimising book :D Hopefully some of it is going in

Today's menu, this morning particularly was based around no power and a camping stove :rotfl: (EE)

    B. Fruit n fibre (B) milk (A) banana

    L. 2 boiled eggs, 1 big slice w/meal bread (4.5)

    D. SW Honey glazed pork chops with spring onion mash, swede n carrot mashed, sprouts, cauli n broccoli. (1) It may have been dry today but think it may get windy later :o

The honey glazed pork was deeeelish, and everyone liked it. A definite new favourite.
Syns for later, either a fudge, curly wurly or pack of skips or quavers.

  • Ok, trying to plan ahead for tomorrow and sadly I think I will need to use syns in meals rather than snacks sadly. How does this sound:

Breakfast: porridge (35g plain oats= HeB) made with water or 1/2water, 1/2milk (1/2HeA)
Lunch AND snacks (at training): thinking...ravioli (1.5syns for whole can) 2 small satsumas, pineapple lolly maybe a turkish delight muller if i can get one local to my parents
Tea: chicken and rice with mixed veggies as tonight I ate something different. won't have the veg sauce though - would be fine without any sauce but I may have a little bbq sauce (2syn)
    Before bed: hot choc (2syn)

Total syns: 5.5 - means I can have a small choccie bar whilst there maybe hehe

Not ideal but the best I can do, will have a coffee at a local cafe whilst conducting an interview for work too so will use milk from HeA for that, will have to guestimate that but I've got pretty good at that now and hardly have any in coffee anyway

Tonight for tea I had smash, baked beans and grilled chicken and I topped the chicken with a little tomato puree and a little cheese (1/2 HeA and then maybe 2/3syns extra max) - delish!
