Anyway, onto the usual stuff! WI tonight - been an angel foodwise although not done as much exercise as last week. MIL is at ours at the moment- she's a stick thin food Nazi :( - but I haven't let that throw me off even though I can see that OH eats more junk when she's around just to spite her as she always gets on at him about his weight- funny how grown men turn into spoilt children around their mothers! I just do my own thing and let her get on with it.

Had a couple of NSVs over the weekend - got some shoes to go with the dress I bought (last year when 2 sizes too small) for the wedding in Sept. Tried it on to see how it looks with the shoes and it fits :D Could do with being a bit looser, mainly because it's a bit short and need it to drop a bit plus my legs could do with being a bit thinner, but exercise will help that and at least I could get the damn thing on and it didn't look horrendous! :j Also wearing some new jeans today, a size smaller than my usual ones, so not a bad weekend clotheswise! :)

Right, back to work - good luck to anyone with WI tonight, fingers crossed I'll report back a good result tomorrow!

Edit: forgot to put today's menu! EE:
    B: All bran (B), milk (A), banana
L: HM carrot & coriander soup, plum
T: Share chinese with OH - probably chicken chow mein
S: Cadbury's marvellous creations popping candy bar

Eeek nearly WI time - from the way the bloating has went this afternoon I don't think I am going to be a happy lady tonight lol
  • I just put on my trainers and stepped out the front door and the heavens opened. Real Mediterranean storm going on over here this evening - lightening lighting up the whole sky and really loud thunder.

So I either wait it out or get on the dreaded dreadmill (if I can find it under everything that's piled on top of it!!!!)

Do you eats "loads" of "free food" or do you moderate it?
Because clearly you are doing it right:T

Eat lots of free food, loads of superfree. Always looking to superfree my meals, it allows me to have gigantic portions without having to worry about what i eat. I am naughty now and then..

Well done on the weight loss!!

Do you know if Cranston's sell the low syn Cumberland sausages?

I dont think so. In Carlisle your best source is Central Avenue butchers. In Wigton, Paisleys.

:Ton the three hours exercise mm. Hope it's making you feel good as well as the calorie burning.

Reading yesterday's comments about eating as much free food as you like. I've never understood how this can be so. In Success Express it's explained that if you have extra free food you have to have extra SFs too so I think it should apply to EE as well. My plan is always to have at least a third of SFs across the day rather than a third with each meal and then snack on free food in between.

i work very strictly to 1/3 superfree with everything. You wont lose weight eating free foods by themselves.
