For low fat cumberland sausages get onto your local butchers, they can knock them up for you. Make sure they use only trimmed leg of pork, no added fat and minimal rusk.

There are at least three butchers in my area that sell slimming world friendly cumberland sausage, but then we are in what was Cumberland.

Set myself a target of 180 minutes of exercise for the week and with the hour of zumba last night I completed that - really pleased with myself.

    Morning all,

Another Monday.............. and weigh in day for me.

Had a scrummy meal out on saturday night - so I'm hoping that the scales will be kind. Trying not to think anything about weigh in as I always get it wrong! The weeks I lose are the weeks I don't feel like I've lost anything and the weeks I gain are the weeks that I feel that I've lost.................Of course today feeling like I've lost so probably in for a nasty surprise. Oh well no matter what they say, today I am comfortably in a pair of trousers that a couple of weeks ago were too tight so I will hold onto that fault and continue.

Out again this Friday night so have to be super good all week again............I was good last week apart from Sat night.

    Plan of attack for today

    B: Muller Lite
L: Tuna Salad, 2 Baby Bel Light and Boiled Egg
D: Chicken Stirfry with Low Fat Super Noodles

Syns: 4 Extra Light Mayo & I'll allow myself a curly wurly or Freddo tonight

Good luck to all this week

Where is your b section? Your breakfast is really light and could lead to hunger pangs later in the day.
