I eat MASSIVE portions. When I say 'salad' I mean I take half a lettuce, half cucumber,an entire pepper, punnet of cherry toms & chop them up in a big bowl and it might last me 2 days.

Same with the fruit salad. Whole melon/pineapple, about 4 apples, 4 pears, (bananas I would add in daily), half big bunch grapes. chop up into a big bowl - last 3 days max, usually less.

I've been known to eat an entire pack of smoked salmon trimmings in one go (90g?) :rotfl:

That's the kind of salad I eat in one sitting and I can eat at least 2 of them a day. My breakfast is usually my 2 slices of toast with a one-egg omelette and a salad made with one cucumber, one tomato, one red pepper and one spring onion - that's a small salad for me!!

As for the smoked salmon - a 100g pack can often replace the omelette!

I have a huge appetite and amazed with some of small quantities of food that some people report on here.

hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j
  • Went out for a meal last night with friends and managed to keep away from all the bread.

Had salads, BBQd meat, rice and more salad.

No dessert and just a lemon tea to finish.

Managed to get my walk in early this morning after being rained off yesterday evening!

Out for dinner again tonight and supposed to have a breakfast meeting this morning (which is more worrying than the dinner tonight).

Eat lots of free food, loads of superfree. Always looking to superfree my meals, it allows me to have gigantic portions without having to worry about what i eat. I am naughty now and then..

I will eat lots of free veg & salad, but I think you can over do the fruit.

I think 2 portions of fruit is enough per day, max 3, what do others think?

Well done Robpw2 & Beanielou. I'd 2.5 lbs off last night bringing my total up to 18 lbs now. I was delighted and long may the losses continue!
