L: Chicken Salad, with Egg, Sweetcorn & Balsamic Vinegar & 2 Babybel (yum)
Dinner: Gammon, Veg & Baked Spud
Syns: Freddo
I'm out again this weekend and its a Mexican restaurant so again trying to be very good during the week as Mexican in particular is very bad and I can't resist having some fajitas :cool:0 -
Oh meant to say, my consultant last night said not to eat anything salty the day before or of the weigh in as this will make your body retain water and you could end up not weighing your true weight at all.
I also noticed someone in my class last night removing stud earrings before they got weighed!!!!!:eek:0 -
Med Mum what day is your weigh in? I can't wait to see how you get on this week? Fingers crossed!!!!!!!!!!!!!0

Hi All
Fab losses again Lantanna, Robpw2 & Beanie sorry if I missed anyone :j:T:j:T
I have decided to also cut back on fruit, it is mainly melon I eat, which I don't think has as much sugar as some of them. I am still going to have my fruit for breakfast as I love that. So todays plan
EE Plan :-
B - Berries, melon FF Nat yoghurt
L - HM Lentil Soup, egg salad, WM Pitta (HEB+1), melon
D - Chicken Fajhita Pasta (a), strawberries
S - Banana, toffee muller
WI Tomorrow so trying to keep syns low, still looks like a lot of fruit but I can't cut it out completely, think I would have cravings. I am busy meal planning for next 4 weeks (in work :rotfl:) so shall catch up tomorrow, enjoy the rest of your day/evening guys x
PS - Only now drinking 3 cups of coffee, then water for the rest of the day, must find out how much this glass holds:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Hi all, am trying to follow SW plan and have lost 12lbs so far, but have 2 week self-catering hol. in France at end of month and am wondering if anyone has any tips for staying on plan when all the usual products most probably not available. The baguette will be a tough thing to turn down....0

Hi all, I meant to post this morning as my son had an interview for a 'proper' job and I wanted you to send your positives thoughts as it worked when hubby had his interview. So if you all could send your positive good luck thoughts to the powers that be and I will keep everything crossed for him, pretty please :A:A:A.
Why does it always rain when I walk out the door to come home? Got soaked 2 days running now . Only 7 days til the big move  I had nightmare last night where I was continually filling the same box all night as everything kept falling out the bottom :rotfl:. Really am dreading the move but won't miss the old school, came in to find the floor flooded as roof leaked during heavy rain last night.
Oh well keep smiling
Well done to all the losers and big hugs to those in need :A keep the faith all :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

My advice (my opinion)- as it's a holiday don't worry about it too much
Try to stick to lean meats & as much salad/fruit/veg - but i wouldn't worry too much on the syns0 -
Hello all,
Well done to the losers :j I lost 1.5 last night. Been off work today and been doing bits and pieces as well as having various workmen round so food has been a bit erratic. Haven't been great on the SF but haven't had that much to eat full stop so proportions are probably ok. Normal service will be resumed tomorrow!
EE today:
B: berries, yogurt, weetabix (half b), honey (2)
L: few spoonfuls of lentil, bacon and veg soup, bit of sliced chicken
T: Ham and mushroom omelette, chips, pitta (7), ketchup (1)

Well done Robpw2 & Beanielou. I'd 2.5 lbs off last night bringing my total up to 18 lbs now. I was delighted and long may the losses continue!
Congrats to all who have lost :T.
I am sorry for not posting for days. I haven't been feeling great and am struggling with work etc a bit. Hopefully feel better soon. I have mainly stayed on course, but found it harder when I haven't felt up to planning and shopping. Missed you all.0
