Actually came on to say what I'm having today but saw No1's post so thought I could reassure a bit that SW doesn't have to go to pot in France.

Today I'm having a Green day for a change, I usually do EE:

B - Weetabix (HEB) and milk (HEA); banana
    L - Cheese (HEA) salad
D - Jacket potato with mushroom chasseur; fruit salad

Will snack on fruit, cucumber and carrot sticks throughout the day with FF natural yoghurt if needed.

2nd HEA will be milk in tea

Syns - 0.5 syn 25 ml red wine in mushroom chasseur
3 syns Iceland Fruit Split lolly
4.5 syns 3 squares of dark chocolate
    Total 8 syns

    total syns for week: 86.5

    WI tomorrow

My suggestion is to go to a group to get the books and a talk from a consultant to help you get started. It will cost £9.95 but would definately help. :-)

Well done Macpep. Keeping a record of things and planning what you are going to eat in advance definetley really helps me when I do it!!!

Melons are a £1 in Tesco at the minute! Its swings and roundabouts with the supermarkets isn't it!!

I was on a roll last night eating - nothing satisfied me in the end it took a Nimble Boiled Egg sandwich to put an end to the grazing.

Have planned my Mexican Meal on my fitness pal and lets just put it like this I will be more than happy to stay the same on Monday. It is a special occasion or else I would try and find something less calorific!

    Bure sure !!

Today's lunch is lovely if a little random..........

Slices of Ham cut into squares, mixed pickles, diced cucumber, 2 baby bel light, sweetcorn and red onion all mixed up together with a bit of balsamic vinegar - then threw in some cold boiled rice and soy sauce and some piri piri spices! Left in the fridge all night and today its well yummy - if a little random lol
  • Thanks Beanielou, Blodwen, Macpep1 & frogga.
Good to be back, frustrated and angry though.
    Onwards and downwards hopefully. X

You are 5 stone done though! How fab! Your weightloss is similar to what I wish to achieve. I started at 16.13 and am 18 lbs down so far. It is hard isn't it. Every night before I go to sleep I think about the reasons why I would like to loose weight and about the clothese I would like to be wearing etc. I think this helps regain my motivation a bit for the next day. The only other tip that I have aside from the fruit is to make sure you are drinking enough water - it is so easy to forget / not bother and slip back into old habits. Finally maybe have a look at the amount of carbs that you are having and maybe reduce them slightly and see if that has an effect. I don't mean stop them but just have less and more super free. I hope this helps, I'm inspried by your weight loss :T

    Lantanna,
    Thank you so much.
I did find it much easier to lose the weight in the first place, 46 weeks it took and apart from a half pound here or there I consistently lost, week in and week out with the occasional stay the sames. :D
I find that the support is not there as much once you have lost the weight, it's a matter of trial and error to increase a HEA or B and little things like that.
I find the discipline whilst losing much easier knowing that I should have certain foods already planned, such as Healthy extras, green or red days, or success express and then choose accordingly.
I have tried my very best but cannot lose anymore, except maybe sew my gob up or live like a hermit without going shopping for food.
My fruit is my saviour, water is my enemy. I hate the stuff, I have tried it with a hint of lemon/lime/raspberry etc, yuk! vile stuff.
I dont drink tea/coffee either. I'm my own worst enemy.

I aim to cut down my fruit to the least I can get away with this week, hold my nose and try my best not to gag and try water , something must give.
I will also try to swop around my HEB and eat cereal or SW choc bars for breakfast.
I exercise on the wii daily, I'm frustrated to say the least.
Why is this happening to me?
Well done on your loss so far :T keep at it, your time will come. X
