It's been great to read all the possitiveness on here today  I've been back on plan all day, with no bingeing, however I am at work so there was no oportunity to do it ;) The big test will be once I'm at home, after dinner, in the eve when the others have yummies.

If I can stay focused today, I'll be ok tomorrow, and then each day that goes by will be easier.

I must learn to stay off the bloody scales! They really mush my brain so much and I so wish I hadn't looked on Sunday because I felt so good in myself. I will learn from this.

    Lantanna,
    Thank you so much.
I did find it much easier to lose the weight in the first place, 46 weeks it took and apart from a half pound here or there I consistently lost, week in and week out with the occasional stay the sames. :D
I find that the support is not there as much once you have lost the weight, it's a matter of trial and error to increase a HEA or B and little things like that.
I find the discipline whilst losing much easier knowing that I should have certain foods already planned, such as Healthy extras, green or red days, or success express and then choose accordingly.
I have tried my very best but cannot lose anymore, except maybe sew my gob up or live like a hermit without going shopping for food.
My fruit is my saviour, water is my enemy. I hate the stuff, I have tried it with a hint of lemon/lime/raspberry etc, yuk! vile stuff.
I dont drink tea/coffee either. I'm my own worst enemy.

I aim to cut down my fruit to the least I can get away with this week, hold my nose and try my best not to gag and try water , something must give.
I will also try to swop around my HEB and eat cereal or SW choc bars for breakfast.
I exercise on the wii daily, I'm frustrated to say the least.
Why is this happening to me?
Well done on your loss so far :T keep at it, your time will come. X

I used to hate water but I started drinking 5 glasses a day when I started SW & now I actually like it :D

Well done Macpep. Keeping a record of things and planning what you are going to eat in advance definetley really helps me when I do it!!!

Melons are a £1 in Tesco at the minute! Its swings and roundabouts with the supermarkets isn't it!!

That was where I got the cantaloupe ones but the Honeydew ones in Tesco were £2.50

Have you tried adding sugar free squash to water or even having soda water with squash or lime etc? What do you drink to keep yourself hydrated??

I drink a lot of NAS Ribena. When I was getting to target I had it instead of juice at breakfast. Now I have it hot of an evening especially if I've had milk with cereal or porage and running out of HEA.

I did exactly that. It was long before SW and they were gathering dust in the bathroom as neither DH or I dared get on them.:rotfl:They've never been replaced otherwise I think I might have been obsessive.

I do know what you mean about lack of support for maintaining. I was disappointed with the idea of just a few more HEAs and Bs. What I've done is stick to SW breakfast (although I do now have a small juice) , have the occasional sandwich for lunch (so xtra bread) and add in some sauces with supper that I previously avoided because of fat/cornflour. When I'm eating out I go fairly flexi. I must say that in the main I still plan/shop/cook SW as it's sort of ingrained. I still go to group but only about every three weeks or so and especially after holidays!!:D

Things are a bit haywire here. I've got visitors for supper so we're having beef in red wine (with carrots, onions and mushrooms in) with broccoli and new potatoes. Could be worse as it's only really the sauce that has syns and I'm sharing it with 3 others! For pudding I'm doing the DIY pavlova/Eton mess. There'll be strawberries, raspberries, meringues and cream on the table. I could just have the fruit. Wine syns will be in abundance.;)

Those of you struggling to drink water... a lot of people at work have slices of lemon/limes to put in their bottles to help flavour it slightly.

I've been MIA as I've been away and slipped off the wagon spectacularly. Just can't stick to plan all day! Am hopefully going to stay at a group tomorrow night to try and get me back on track... 5 weeks and 3 days to try and get my 2 stone award (not exactly sure but think it' 8lb away) so I can get into my dress for OHs surprise birthday. Meh.
