    [QUOTE

I used to make a vegetable frittata every single morning - tons of vegetables (I buy the frozen mix), stir-fried with lots of onion and sometimes a grated courgette too. Then pour over a couple of beaten eggs and sprinkle over that 45g grated mozzarella (lower fat so you get 45g instead of 30g of other cheese). Let is set on the bottom then transfer to the grill section of the oven and let it set on top. Delicious and really filling.[/QUOTE]

What's the difference between omlette and fritata? :D

what's the difference between omlette and fritata? :D

An omlette is cooked on the hob in a frying pan and a fritatta is usually cooked in the oven and has potato in it.

WI for me today: lost a lb. Pleased with that as I've been having problems losing recently, only started losing again a few weeks ago.

Hoping for another lb (or more, hopefully) this week.

Hi ladies can I join in please?

I have just joined SW on line due to not being able to get to the classes on a regular basis and feel I could do with the motivation as I will be doing it alone!

Need/would like to lose 4 stone. I did lose 3 stone a couple of years ago with SW but a stone crept slowly back on and then I gave birth to baby number 4, 4 weeks ago today and seem to have a "spare" 1 stone 6lb to budge aswell :) So all in all my goal is 4 stone.

I have just finished uni until September so am hoping to find a spare 5 minutes to get some exercise back into my routine. I used to go to the gym around 4 times a week prior to my last pregnancy, but due to a difficult pregnancy I had to stop and have not had chance to start up or replace it with anything. So am hoping to ease myself in gently with some walking, and then back to the gym when I am getting some sleep :D
