    Hey peeps,

Didn't WI last week as was suffering from sun stroke - not fun!

So WI last night & put on 3.5lbs

It's my own fault, lots of bread & crisps & ice lollies

& even when people keep saying i have an excuse - doesn't mean i should be using it!

I can't seem to get back into the swing of things, keep picking wrong choices - how can i get out of this rut?

I spose i haven't put on as much as i could have done but it's still 9lbs in 20 weeks  If i carry on it will be nearly 1.5st at the end :(

Well done to all you loosers & chin up to those struggling x

I will eat lots of free veg & salad, but I think you can over do the fruit.

I think 2 portions of fruit is enough per day, max 3, what do others think?

I do agree with you MrsE, I am at target and was having 2-3 portions of fruit per day and maintaining fine - I started to eat more fruit - probably 5-6 portions per day and my weight had started to creep up by a few pounds. Last week I cut back on the fruit slightly and I lost 3lbs :j :j :j so I am now exactly back to my target weight. I think it was Lantanna that was having the same problem too.

Great losses Rob, Beanie & Lantanna - best of luck to all those with WI today.

Totally agree and I think this is the first place people should try to cut back if they're not losing.

Well done Robpw2 & Beanielou. I'd 2.5 lbs off last night bringing my total up to 18 lbs now. I was delighted and long may the losses continue!

Brilliant Lantanna especially after such a big loss last week - well done and just keep doing what you're doing as it's obviously working.

Hey Nessie216 don't beat yourself up. Just go back to basics, write everything down and plan - you know how to do it but have probably just become complacent like so many of us.
