    Morning All

As I was so disappointed with my WI yesterday, as I had been very good, I was trying to work out how I had only registered -0.5lb loss, I decided it was because I was blocked up (hadn't done a #2 for 4 days) :o so after unblocking this morning, I jumped on scales and since yesterday I lost 1.5lb :rotfl::eek:. Still keeping this weeks loss as is because I know it can fluctuate, was just interesting thats all.

So Todays EE Plan (almost identical to yesterday)

B - Melon, berries, pineapple, FF nat yoghurt
L - SW Quiche, (a) salad, (0.5) for HM coleslaw, (no dressing today) melon, strawberries, pineapple
D - HM Lentil soup, melon, 2 x WM Bread (HEB)
    S - Toffee muller, banana

Trying to keep syns low as I had wine last night, got all settled with a wee glass to watch Masterchef Final.......the final is tonight :rotfl:

    Good for you!!:T

Here's yesterday's food diary (im a day behind as I don't really meal plan in advance):

    B: Banana, Watermelon, Mullerlight
L: Small pack of cooked chicken, M & S Veggie Wrap thingies (3 syns)
D: Chicken, red onion & pepper BBQ skewers, Extra Lean burger, Wholemeal roll (HEB) Quorn Sausage (1.5 syns) Corn on the cob, Salad, Extra Light Mayo (1syn)

Lots of water, few cups of tea and coffee (milk HEA)

Was it a HM burger, melanie? Just checking as I don't know any others that are free. And what are those M&S things? I'm not being fussy, just wouldn't want you to be disappointed if syns are creeping in without you realising it.

Unexpectedly, I did get to WI this morning and I'd lost 2.5lbs.:D That's put me back just inside the bottom of my target range. I'm away on holiday for a week this month and 2 weeks next when I know I'll gain so if I go into them at my lowest then I'll cope.

Consultant had been on some training course at the weekend and came back with latest news from SW. First, she stressed that it's food optimising that really leads to weightloss rather than Body Magic. She wasn't knocking exercise as that has all sorts of other pluses but apparently you lose 2lbs a month on average by exercise the rest is down to food. On the food front, she said that SW leads to a reduction in calories automatically because of all the f & v consumed and 'good' choices with low fat etc. Also she had a big pile of tins and packets of food on the 'interest' table (hate that, makes me think of playschool:rotfl:). It was £25worth of stuff from Asda, mostly SP and all free or superfree foods. This was to show that SW doesn't have to be expensive. Her argument was that you wouldn't think twice about ringing up Domino's or the local Chinese and spending £25 on one meal. Well actually I would!!
