Can some one please explain why sir popped pop corn needs to be syned?

Also read that 'chickpea nuts' need to be syned aswell. You rinse a tin of chickpeas, dry cover with spice and roast

Just popped in to update my signature as I have now lost another 1.5 lbs so a total of 1st 10lbs.

I bought the EE One Pot recipe book and there are some lush recipes in there. Quite good value at £6.99 because there are masses of recipes in there and the coloured pics are excellent.

    Well done Pennylane!

I'm having a constantly hungry day, today I have had:

B - Yogurt and 2 rocky road bars (heb) Nectarine.
L - Slice of bread (4 syns) rolled out, covered with blue cheese triangles (hea), lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes. A whole mango, nectarine.
D - Spaghetti bolognaise, filled with veg.
Snacks - 2 nectarines, 2 rocky road bars (6 syns).

Although I am within my syns I still feel like I have made bad choices today, 4 rocky road bars and 4 nectarines isn't great really! Think I will have cereal for breakfast tomorrow as I find it more filling and maybe a jacket potato for lunch, that would keep me fuller for longer hopefully.
Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j

If it helps, when i have a hungry day i get hubby to rustle me up an omlette, 2-3 eggs and loads of superfrees - cant move afterwards and it certainly shifts the hunger.

You should have your HE options.

I often have cereal as my HEB so if I want bread at lunchtime I syn it.

That would be my understanding too!

Dinner tonight was lush, we tried the fry light chips but cooked in our actifry. I think we need to have a look at another method as they were a bit erm, cardboardy. I think next time a few more sprays and a bit more seasoning. The spraying was done with the potatoes in a thick sandwich bag and shaken about a bit. :o
