  • Morning all,I must get back in the swing of popping in here to catch up with everyone!

    EE as usual for me:
b: Porridge (HeB of oats) made with water, 1tbsp Golden Syrup (2.5)
L: at work from 12 so just a quick grab; 2 hard boiled eggs, roast chicken mugshot(free)
    S: grilled chicken
T:left over bolognaise sauce (5.5) with pasta when I get home after group

Need to really hydrate this morning.

WI tonight, hoping for 2lb off to put me just 2.5lb away from target as I only have this week left of my countdown and my free club10 week to use! Don't want to pay again :P
What ever you do, DON'T buy another count down now. I lost 4 weeks paid because no one told me that it continues to deduct any credit, including any free sessions due to recomending friends/club ten weeks etc.

In regards to the planning a head, I meal plan every week because it makes food shopping easier and cheaper, also it makes it easier to stick to slimming world!

I have a chalk meal planner so I put it all on there, it stops the endless 'what's for dinner' from the kids too :rotfl:.

It depends on how the consultant processes it I think. It sometimes takes a couple of weeks to get through the system - via head office I think.
