I am really trying to save money and have a wedding to go to in September. As I looked through my wardrobe I found an outfit I bought for DGD Christening which I didn't wear because it was too tight. It would be ideal for the September wedding if only I can fit into it comfortably.

I signed up to a website for slimmers and then remembered that I used to belong here. So, like a bouncy ball I am back again to stick to the plan this time.

As I only decided to come back to SW this afternoon my day hasn't been very SW. BUT from now on I will change.

Tonight's dinner is Mashed potato, onion gravy (no fat), Mr S veggie Glamorgan sausages which I hope are low syn (not a good start) and brocolli.

It is good to have an incentive. I have some nice summer dresses that I would like to get into for a holiday to Jersey at the end of July. It helps keep me on track :D

Thank you again for all the wisdom on here :) I was reading SwipernoSwiping advice to Lantana and wondering if it applies to me too. I have been feeling tired and grumpy this evening and wonder if I am not eating enough?
It seems ok, but I must admit I have felt quite hungry for the last two days.

    Today I ate:

b -Porridge with berrries and greek 0% total yoghurt
    s- a tangerine and a kiwi
L= lots of mixed salad leaves, pasta shells, tomatoes and 25g of feta cheese, grated carrot and cabbage.
D= a small portion of quorn and lentil curry, carrots and rice (again a fairly small portion.

I do find it hard to get organised in the working week as I have a very hectic job and like to do comps first thing in the morning and in the evening.

    Hello,

I have yo-yo's back and forth to SW since last year. I haven't been for a month now and not so sure about going back. I have got plenty of SE recipies and weigh myself Thursday morning on the Wii ( how acurate are they?)

Hadn't realised this support thread existed, so hopefully I will get back on track. tThat is after my girls weekend away

I usually go the gym twice a week, but haven't been for a couple of weeks due to work commitments.

had diet coke chicken with noodles for tea.

My incentive is a long awaited rock concert in May and generally feeling healthier and better.

The Special K chewy delight is, but the only other cereal bars mentioned in the book as HEBs are Alpen Lights and Hi-fi bars.
  • Hello,
    had a great day here
B: red fruit adn VLF yogurts
L: Lentil Dahl, lots of vegetables, fruit
D: Canelloni from SW magazine (3 syns)

    HEA milk
    HEB ryvita.
Syns, 2 for oil, 3 in dinner and then a glass of wine

The canelloni was absolutely delicious, can't believe it was SW actually, will make it again

Off out for tapas for dinner tomorrow night so that could be disasterous. Think I might eat lots of SF with the kids for dinner and then see what is on offer.
    Seriously money saving
