Lol, been on the naughty step for most of my life. Staying off it for more than 5 minutes would be an achievement!!! :j
What is the Dyno rod soup that I see listed on here and why the name??
Well .....the company Dyno Rod are known for *ahem* clearing blockages :rotfl:so I will let you work that one out, its real name is actually Speed Soup, supposed to speed up weight loss, I love it, its very similar to Heinz vegetable soup and very easy to make, I make a big pot every 2nd week or so & freeze:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Morning all,
Anyway, on the upside I'm really looking forward to cycling to work and getting a bit fitter. Depending on when I start cycling, I may need to delay starting 30 day shred Macpep is I've heard a lot of people can barely walk for a few days afterwards so if that was the case cycling to work would be out! Will see how it goes though!
Sorry about your gain, but does look like there is a pattern there. Dont worry about delaying the shred, DH has told me absolutely no way am I starting it until my neck injury has healed properly & the fact he cannot stand the awful groaning noises I made at the start of the shred, It uses every muscle in your body thats for sure
Todays EE Plan
B - Melon, pineapple, berries, FF nat yoghurt
L - Dyno Rod Soup, melon, pineapple, benefit bar (3)
D - Mince & tatties & veg
S - Banana, toffee muller, options (2)
A & B - SS Ryvita, LCL:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Lol, I see - I did think it was a strange name for a soup! I'd love to know what all goes in it?0 -

Actually my copy has just turned up (had an ETA of Friday so thought I had a few more days of laziness) so I might have a go tomorrow, with the hope of being recovered enough to cycle by Sunday for our trial run to work. Not sure I like the idea of it making you groan, but I suppose that means it must be doing something! Hope you neck feels better soon.

I've had a great SW day today, stuck to my plan, eaten plenty of SF and drunk a lot of water. I also walked for over an hour with the dog and did some gardening so I reckon I must have shifted a bit of fat today!Seriously money saving0
