I am trying a lot to avoiding rice, junk foods but still weighing up.I am so much confused what better can I do?

Perhaps if you posted a sample of a day's plan then some of the more experienced people here can have a look and see where you might be going wrong.

    Are you exercising?
    Are you drinking enough liquid?

Keep at it - it works but it's easy to forget about some hidden syns.

    Hi All

I have had a very bad weekend :( I ate too much & also drank too much, was supposed to be going out Saturday night & couldn't go as I had hurt my neck on Tuesday & it still wasn't much better by Saturday so I consoled myself with pizza and wine and crisps, DH went on his own so I was feeling sorry for myself. I was at the cinema with my DD yesterday & had sweets then later on last night more pizza :(. (After the Sunday Roast)

I did however batch cook meals Friday evening/Saturday night so now have 4 weeks worth of meal plans cooked/planned :D all in the chest freezer so back on track this week.

I don't even think I will weigh myself this week as I will probably only get depressed due to the gain & eat more :(

    EE Plan today :-

B - Pineapple, berries, NAt yoghurt
L - Dyno Rod Soup, orange, pineapple, apple
D - Chicken Fajitas, salad (no idea how many syns, doesn't matter now) :rotfl:
    A & B 3 x SS Ryvita & 3 x LCL
    S - Toffee muller, banana

Also need to do some exercise- have ordered a set of Jillian Michaels DVDs including 30 Day Shred, so will start those as soon as they arrive.

Have a good day all :)

Let me know when you are going to start, I will do it with you, It will be 11 weeks on Friday until I go on holiday, so hopefully can shift at least 1lb a week :o. I am going to take all me measurements before starting it then after the 30 days post the results, I never finished the full 30 days before. I will need to look out the wee dumbells now, cannot remember where I put them when I decluttered before decorating

Sounds like you had much the same weekend as I did Macpep - I lost count of my syns (which were mainly alcohol related I'm afraid to say :().

Back on track today - why is it so much easier in the week????

Hugs to all those that need them and good luck to all with WI today.

Has anyone 'seen' Banjo recently - he seems to have gone AWOL

So I see from reading back, a few of us seem to be at a stalemate at the moment, hopefully now that I have that weekend out of my system I will start going down the way again. I have planned & cooked 4 weeks worth of (mainly SW) meals so I have no excuses, just need to cook up a few SW quiches tonight for lunches, have frozen plenty soup etc as well so NO EXCUSES at all :D *jumps back on the wagon*

Ok I will- from reading the reviews it sounds like an amazing (if almost fatal!) workout! Also finally received my bike voucher today so can pick my new bike up at the weekend and hopefully start cycling to work (a few days a week to start with!) :D

I was sore the first few days no doubt about it, its a very hard workout, I done one week on level 1 then moved up to 2, never made it to level 3, I have to get up at 5.30am to do it otherwise, I wouldn't do it when I come in from work, too exhausted. Good luck with the bike, my DD has pinched mine but I couldn't cycle on a main road, I have the fear

Maybe because we all have to be very structured during the week - school, work, whatever, whereas at the weekend we just kind of let everything go!!!

Now, identifying the problem, we just have to learn how to solve it!!!!
