Well done losers :p and big hugs to those in need :A
WI with 1.5lb loss although feels more as been uncomfortable all day with loose and baggy SKINNY jeans, how can they be baggy when they're skinny . Hubby would say they've stretched :p. Hoiking em up all day is not a sexy look though (even with a belt) :D.
Flexy day tomorrow as off to Welford Road to watch the Tigers Legends Charity match, looking forward to seeing Martin Johnson again. Hoping for a front row stand so I can get some close up photos.
Hope everyone has a great weekend, keep the faith all :A

P.S. well done MedMum, fantastic loss :T:T
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I don't have any of the SW cook books. Are there any that you'd recommend? I did a recipe out of the current magazine tonight for grilled salmon with noodles and stir-fry veg. You coat the salmon with soy sauce, tomato puree, sweet chilli sauce and ginger.

It might stop me from sabotaging my efforts if I can make tasty meals.

    Hi everyone,
Haven't had chance to post this week been back at work and it's full on!

Had weigh in on Wednesday and had a 1.5 weight loss for 6 days (first weigh in was Thursday but had to change classes)

Slightly disappointed because have stuck to it but a loss is still a loss!

Since Wednesday had a couple of surprises syns wise. Reading the SW magazine found out that the Muller FF Greek yogurt was 1/2 a syn and I had been counting it as free! Also partner bought me a "My goodness" Sainsburys Thai Red Curry which sounded delicious with lots of SF food in it but when checked it was 9 1/2 syns and I had 2!
Counted it though and cut syns back for last 2 days.

I can't get the magazine over here - I would be really really grateful if you could post that recipe for me - got some of my favourite ingredients there!!

I have several of the cookbooks which I bought the last time I was in the UK and really like 100 Extra Easy days and the 100 Green Recipes.
