    Hi All :hello:

I had a rubbish night last night, don't know what came over me but I ate loads of rubbish, I am not normally a choc/crisp fiend so I think I was posessed last night by the Munchie Monster :(.
I diddn't have baked bean lasagna last night as forgot I had taken out chicken for me & kids so we had chicken, potatoes, brussel sprouts, yorkshire puds & little gravy. I was going to have it tonight but someone mentioned Fritatta so now I fancy that, going to have the roast veg one on Slimming Eats with salad & actirfy chips :D

    SE plan today

    B - Berries ff nat yoghurt, benefit (1/2 b)
L - Dyno Rod Soup, Melon, Kiwi, benefit bar (1/2 b)
D - Veg Fritatta A, actifry chips, salad
    2nd A & B - Ryvita & LCL, melon

I've had a very busy morning today!

B:coffee and croissant (yes, I know, I was in a meeting)
L: smoked trout, cucumber, onion and tomato salad, 2 slices HM bread (HEB), strawberries
    D: chicken stirfry
HEA milk in tea and coffee
Syns: croissant - I'm guessing 6?, 1 for stirfry, small glass of wine.
    Snacks: fruit, VLF yogurt.

Cam I double check - is trout a free food? It's an oily fish so not sure as you have to syn smoked mackerel.

I hate to bear bad news but you may be underestimating your croissant.:o

the only one i can find at 6 syns are mini ones from Marks and spencers at 30g. They seem to range between 12 and 20 syns :rotfl:

Med Mum - glad to see you back,. Im still lurking :D

good news - the works cafe does jackets (no spread) with baked beans and salad. I suspect I will be happy with that every day since it's zero syns, easy and a couple of quid. Good stuff. I also got a couple of bits of fruit so defo 1/3 of plate SF. Ate the clementine for pud and the nana just now. Turned down free sarnies left over from focus group (unheard of!)
Not sure what I'll have for supper and tomorrow is a day's annual leave :D (don't worry, not annual leave from SW)

That's good, not many places do healthy stuff, and cheap too. IIRC you're off to Edinburgh for the weekend. Enjoy!!

Good to see you posting again dizzy, I wondered where you'd got to. Hopefully you'll feel much better really soon. :Tfor not snacking on rubbish.

:naughty:macpep, keep right away from the Munchie Monster. You're supposed to be playing catch-up after the weekend.:D
  • Was feeling really pleased with myself as I'd planned all of next week's menus, written the shopping list and prepared the base of the Mexican Bake for tonight's dinner all before going to the supermarket.

Just got back to find the most awful smell in my house and found that I'd forgotten to turn the gas off and my beautiful Mexican Bake was burnt out. Managed to rescue enough of it for me and DH but the rest and the pan went straight in the bin!!

I' m not much of a meat eater for weekday brekkie and meat option for lunch was steak pie (not good for sw) so meat treat waited till tonight. Oh it was good. Had with lots of broccoli and 2 slices bread (heb) and a large glass of red wine for my syns. I am replete happy and looking forward to catching up on broadchurch
