Breakfast frittata with an onion and half a courgette steamed, spud microwaved, put in dish with 2 beaten eggs then zapped in microwave
Lunch was provided at meeting. Had one chees and tom bap and lots of fruit.
In late and hungry so put on supper and drank a veggie oxo with hot water in a mug
Supper was 1/3 beanfeast with tons of veggies and brown rice
So i'm guessing about 8 syns all together.
Going out tomorrow night. Have studied the going out bit, and will make sure breakfast and lunch are syn free

8 for the day sounds fine although I haven't looked up how much a (white?) bap and spread (?) would be.
I work on 105 a week (15 a day) and use that as a bank of syns. Although 10 a day is now widely mentioned, our consultant says that's to allow for people being sloppy/overgenerous with measuring. Whether you choose to go for daily syns or a weekly bank rather depends on your own mindset. Personally I have few syns through the week and loads at weekends but that doesn't suit everyone.0 -

I'd say chicken sausages and marshmallows are fairly low syn so for a celebration you've done pretty well.
Yes you're absolutely right Maman - we had a 10 minute downpour in the morning and then it was quite windy the rest of the day!!! By contrast though, most people don't understand why I complain about the extreme heat in the summer - which yes is great when you're on holiday for a week or two and doing nothing but lying by the pool or on the beach but working in it is unbelievable oppressive!
I guess none of us is ever happy with our lot

b/fast 2 slices toast, SP humous, chopped salad, Turkish salad (HEB)
snack banana
lunch business lunch
snack orange
dinner courgette & onion soup, Mexican bake, salad (HEA)
Not figured in any syns as I have a business meeting over lunch and no idea what I'm going to eat although it will be salad with something - you just never know how they've cooked the "something"!Mediterranean Mum

It's so easy to "forget" the hidden syns which is exactly why they've lowered the number to 10 - don't worry we all do it :eek:
Snacks should ideally only be made up of the lists of the fruits and vegetables that are SF. Sometimes I need something more than just a piece of fruit or some vegetables for my afternoon snack (especially if I know that dinner is going to be late) and I usually make something like a vegetable frittata or save my bread for that snack and have it with lots of veg.

At my group its still 5 - 15 syns. I try to have 5 or under every day it normally comes in at about three and then I save the rest for alcohol at the weekend.
Last week (my first week ahem) it came in at 89 syns for the week.
I'm interested to know how much fruit is everyone having? Should I be watching how much I'm eating as at the minute its seems like an awful lot.
Today:
B: Fruit salad & Muller Light
L: SW Quiche with Salad & PicklesNot sure but will have cabbage & spinach in it.
S: Mandarins
HE: LC Lite Triangles

I personally found that I had to be careful with the quantity of fruit. I know it's free but our bodies all react in different ways and there are some things that will affect your weight loss which won't affect others.
I have to be careful with both fruit and carbs as they really do affect the amount I lose.
On the other hand if it's not affecting you and it's filling you up then go for it and enjoy it.

I honestly think its because of all the nights out I have had over the last 4 weeks, its been non-stop, I have a party Saturday & thats the last one for a few weeks (we are all turning 40 around the same time:rotfl:)
So EE for me today:-
Berries, pineapple, Nat yoghurt, benefit bar (3 syns)
L - WM Pitta, (B+1) salmon, tomato sauce (1), large salad
D - Baked Bean Lasagna, (a) Salad, melon
S - Toffee muller, banana, highlights (2), freddo (5):TGratitude is the best Attitude :T
