As you've probably not had time to do a proper meal plan and shop since getting back from holiday we'll let you off just this once BUT..... 2 oranges is not enough for breakfast!!!:naughty: But then you knew that didn't you!;)
    .......

Thanks maman, and I've brought rather a lot of oranges back with me :D

As it's a pool party, I'm starting them off with Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Bikini .... DD has asked me not to dance to this one :p

I have a compilation CD in my car with that one on:

It was an itsy, bitsy, teenie, weenie, yellow polka-dot bikini
That she wore for the first time today
An itsy, bitsy, teenie, weenie, yellow polka-dot bikini
So in the water she wanted to stay
(From the locker to the blanket)
(From the blanket to the shore)
(From the shore to the water)
    Yes, there isn't any more

She should have done SW then she'd have been happy to show off the bikini body!!:rotfl:

Hope the party goes well. :)

  • Hope everyone's weekend is going well.

    How you feeling Prudent?

I spent Friday cooking up a storm and made a great Minestrone Soup from the 100 Green Days book if anyone has it. I didn't cook the pasta with the soup but separately so that I could control the amount I put in my bowl. I know we're allowed pasta but I also know from past experience that I have to be very careful with the carbs.

I made some great salads which meant that I had plenty to choose from when I felt like a snack.

Got lots of leftovers from yesterday so today's plan will be something like this -

B - 2 slices toast, h/m sweet potato humous, chopped salad, roasted veg salad (HEB)
    S - orange
L - chicken in tomato sauce, salad, stir-fried cabbage
S - hard boiled egg, sweet potato humous, beetroot salad
D - Quorn Bean Pie, 45g grated mozzarella, stir-fried cabbage, salad (HEA)

Aww thanks for the enquiries everyone. Feeling much better thank you :)

I need to get my head around a week of meal planning today as I am back to work on Monday. I did a big shop on Wednesday and most of it seems to have gone already :(

Today I need to look in the cupboard and work out what we can have as there isn't much in. Even the frozen veg is low!

    So far:

    B. A large mushroom topped with a poached egg, 1 1/2 grilled tomatoes and some baked beans.

    L. homemade lentil soup which has plenty of sf in and 2 kiwi fruit and a tangerine.

    D. ??? I think there may be some salmon fillets in the freezer. Just need to try and work out how to cook them as I have none of the usual ingredients. I think I will do these with sweet potato wedges and carrots and peas. Not many peas left, but will add what there is.

As it is a sunday I might make a pudding. I found a recipe for syn free custard and if I use my heb A for the milk and will make this with stewed rhubarb made with sweetener and syn the rhubarb.

    Hi everyone,
Went for the Hallumi and mushrooms was lovely but did come with a ciabatta roll that I couldn't resist and a small portion of chips which I shared. Avoided the mayo and any alcohol so I'm working on 8.5 syns for the chips but not sure about the ciabatta, didn't have any other HB's so wondering if I could count it as that.
SW dinner SW chips, 2 Quorn burgers and a massive salad, made Eton Mess for dessert with half fat creme freshe and a squirt of aerosal cream but did slip and have 2 small glasses of cava but we were celebrating! In total I reckon 20.5 syns and if I hadn't been on plan would have been alot more than that!
Another big family dinner today but going to be completly SW and cut back to 5 syns to make up for yesterday - how does that sound?
