Omg Turkish Delight Muller Light - Yummers !!:j

Were these in the Morrisons offer?

I have eaten far too much today and now feeling guilty :o

    B. Porridge with forest fruits and a tablespoon of normal greek yoghurt (put on wrong one by mistake, so will need to look up syns).

    L. Some left over vegetable frittata (free on EE), rocket leaves and three cherry tomatoes. An apple and a tangerine.

    D. A real diaster! Carefully followed sw recipe for quorn shepherd's pie. A friend called in and OH mashed potatoes for the topping and put a thick layer of cheddar cheese on and then melted it under the grill.. The potato layer was quite thin and they wouldn't seperate so gave in and ate it with the cheese. No idea of the syns! Served with carrots and green beans.

Maman I felt very inspired by your description of clothes shopping thank you.

Edit: just realised a tiny bit of the yoghurt or cheese could be my HEB A as only used B today.
  • Can you bare with me here whilst I work out my day?
I stuck well to my plan, had a stirfry, with an added extra 2 syns for sweet and sour sauce (it was 30 cals so I think that's around 2 syns). I added a bit of chicken which is free on EE and some plain boiled pasta (also free, right?). I didn't have yogurt for dessert
So I need to take a HEA, so will take milk and have a latte and not count the milk syns from my coffee.

Total syns 5, so I have 5 more to use.
    I think that's right...
    Seriously money saving

Turkish Delight Muller Light was in the Tesco offer - would thoroughly recommend it - hope it makes it to be a permanent!

Feeling a bit bloated today which is annoying!

    Today is

    B: Danone Activia & 35g Branflakes (HEB)
L: Ham Salad, Mandarins and Kiwi
D: Out for dinner tonight with family so already screened the menu and I'm having Salmon with new potatoes and veg.

I'm going to save my used my saved syns to have a few drinks tomorrow night. ( G & T)

Strangley I have a chocolate craving and I don't normally bother with it much! Is there anything for 3 or lower syns - chocolate wise?
  • Hi everyone (whoever remembers me). It's been rather a long time since I was here (about six months) but I've not been standing still and pleased to say that I'm probably about 10lb less than I was when I was last here.

I took some time out from Slimming World so that I could attend a support group (unfortunately no SW over here) and managed to get my head into gear. It wasn't so different to SW and although I lost weight on it I did get into a bit of a rut and have basically stayed the same for the last four months. I'm actually really pleased with that because in the past I would have put it all back on and some but this time it's like I've just been treading water and now I'm ready to move ahead again.

Been sitting reading my SW material and the gas rings are burning this morning as I cook up some stuff from the 100 Green Days book.

Looking forward to getting and giving some support here again.

Yes these were also in the offer when I was in getting my Mullers, I just thought they would be gross, I LOVE turkish delight but the thought of it in yoghurt didn't appeal to me.
