Morning All
I didn't have any cake last night :A(not much of a cake person anyway) & 1/4 glass of alcohol free fizzy stuff, not sure if any syns ??
Lucky-Legs - Hope you are ok & back with us soon
Lantanna - I drink green tea with lemon all day after having a few coffees in the morning, I have never thought of syns in them so am sure the peppermint ones would be free.
Also, Mullers are 10 for £3.00 in Morrisons just now, :money: I went in last night & the salad & fruit bar are 50% off:j, so on that note, my EE Menu today, not sure of syns for salad box though as there is about tbsp coleslaw, spicy chicken pasta & tuna pasta amongst all the salad stuff, do you think 6 syns would cover the mayo etc used in them??
B - Melon, berries, pineapple, nat yoghurt
L - Morrisons Salad Box, (6 syns? & A for cheese)melon, apple, kiwi
D - Gammon Steak, pineapple, actifry chips, salad, kiwi
S - Toffee muller, banana, 2 x benefit bars (b)
Syns - 2 for highlights, 1.5 for milk in coffee, total 9.5:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

I lost 3.5 stone and I've been at target for 20 months. The only problem I've had is slipping under target! I started off just edging into an 18 and now I can fit into a size 10.
What has motivated me more than anything else is the great feel-good factor that has come with losing weight. I no longer feel like an anonymous bag lady. It's brilliant to be able to walk into any High Street store and pick up an outfit without scrabbling to the back of the rail for the big sizes or choosing 'floaty' styles that look like maternity.
The best advice I can give is PLAN! PLAN! PLAN!
As you'll see from today's posts, my preferred syns are wine syns. If I wanted to munch I'd even go as far as doing a quick jacket potato regardless of it being 11 p.m. or perhaps easier keep some cold meat in the fridge for snacking (chicken tikka slices are good). If you like sweet then red berries with sweetener and a dollop of Total 0%.
Sorry you've had a hard time lucky-legs, so glad you felt able to call by. Be back soon!!
Wow thats great. God I'd die to be a size 10 lol. At the minute I'm an 18 / 20. Fingers crossed I'm a success story like you! Do you make the tikka slices yourself or are they pre packed?0 -

Thas a shame you don't have one because the £1 you saved getting your mullers there would have got you a medium salad box:rotfl::TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

I know, unfortunately its Asda or Tesco only for me!
I bought some Peri Peri Chip Marinade last night - its a powder and you just shake it on the chips. I'm going to try that tonight with some slimming world chips! First time I'm trying them but hoping that they are nice. Going to have some egg and salad with them - yum. Think I will allow some sins for some Light Mayo or Lite Salad Cream. All going to plan today so far
B: 1 Baby Bel Light, Strawberries & Kiwi
L: Waiting in the Work fridge, Ham & Tomato Salad & Muller Lite0 -

I am not a lover of them done in the oven if I am honest, I used to boil & slice some potatoes & put on some chilli powder & do them in the frying pan in frylight, very tasty. I was lucky enough to get an actifry in Makro last year for £90 so now I do my sw chips in that with frylight instead of oil or crispy herby potatoes in it, scrummy. I am sure your chips will be lovely:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

I buy the chicken in Aldi's but Tesco and Asda have them too. As well as keeping them in the fridge for snacking they're good if you get stuck when you're out and about. A pack of chicken and a fruit pot/banana is a good emergency meal.
WI for me this morning. I was convinced I'd gained but eating sensibly since my Easter break has kept me within target. I still feel a bit bloated so I'll be getting plenty of SFs when I do my shop tomorrow.
I don't weight at home. I think I might get a bit obsessive if I did so I just use my jeans to tell me.;) That and I go to group every three weeks or so. As a target member it means I maintain access to the website, buy my magazine etc. Today people were buying up the bakewell bars 2 for 1 by the box!0 -

I'd almost stopped making SW chips but as McCains have now gone up to £1.75 in Sainsbury's:eek: (used to be £1 and they're on offer at Asda I believe) and so I made my own wedges last night. I followed the recipe exactly and they were really good. Scrub the potatoes, cut into chunky wedges, parboil for 5 mins, cool, spray, sprinkle with paprika and cook for about 30 mins at 200.0 -
