Well day one over and feel like ive eaten way too much! Breakfast was grapes and melon, lunch was salad leaves with chicken cottage cheese and beetroot. Dimner was pork chop with pots and beans. Id a yogurt and more fruit throughout the day. Then tonight had some tuna pasta and three baby bel.this sounds a lot doesnt it. Im 16.13 and really want this to work. Any tips? Im worried about having wine etc at the weekend.

Wine is fine. EVERYTHING IS! in moderation. So plan for your wine two glasses each night won't spoil anything. Stay within your 15 syns a day allowance and you will be fine. Before, when I had a good WI I would come home and have a glass of wine/baileys to celebrate. I could have a glass or two at the weekend. Make the most of sunday morning and go for a walk, weather is changing (though you can bet it will be pour it down now!) If wine is your thing, make sure it's something you look forward to, not fear.
Stick to your syns - even with your wine. - So keep smiling, keep eating, and enjoy.

Breakfast is Weetabix - we are out of yoghurt & fruit til tommorrow.
Lunch will be chicken stew with lentils and all the good stuff.
Dinner this evening is to be home made burgers, wedges and served with a salad.
Snacks, I'm down to carrots, cottage cheese and rivita! Oh and a dozen or so mug shots! :rotfl:

Still in bed at mo, think I will have eggs for breakie so I can save my HEB for lunch.
I did think about going back to class but same consultant does all the classes and do not think much of her. She told me I had to have SF when doing green days, she became a consultant after EE came in. Told her I lost 2 st on Green days without SF, she just said well its changed now and you have to have 1/3 SF with everything!

    Think of
    B scrambled eggs
    L beans on toast
T bacon chops, pots and veg

Snacks will be fruit and maybe a muller light, syns a Curley whirly.

Might go and do an Aqua med class this am, but will have to see how my legs are when I get going

I joined in 2012 and both that book and this years book show across all 3 plans 1/3rd superfree is to accompany all meals unless like some on here you tweak it to suit yourself - like spreading it out over the day. I have heard my consultant however, tell 'fussy eaters' if they cant manage sf's as extras on the plate to ensure you grate/mash or whatever necessary to break sfs down within a meal such as spag bol and then to make sure a lot of what you have has the SS symbol on the side of it to make sure you are eating super speeds to try and do some of the work the sfs would have done if that makes sense.

    Hi All

I never got a chance to get on at all yesterday, day passed by in a blur!!! Great losses this week people, well done to you all :T.

1lb Loss for me this week, which I am ok about I suppose, think I had hoped for a little more :(.

I have always counted 27 syns for the rose wine, 250ml = 9 syns, and my wine has 750 ml in the bottle :rotfl:.

I had to scrabble about the freezer today as I forgot to make soup last night, luckily found a soup so sorted for the day.

    EE for me today

B - Melon, pineapple, berries, nat yoghurt
L - Dyno Rod Soup, apple, kiwi, melon, pineapple
D - SW Chilli, rice, kiwi, plum
    S - Toffee Muller, Banana
    Syns - Highlights (2) Kit Kat (5.5)
    A & B - Ryvita with LCL

Thanks for the advice and the encouragement. I did just feel like I could have done without the tuna pasta last night but I'd eaten it before I knew it. I'm just worried about the wine as my consultant was going on and on about how bad it was and how I should go without it for a month to give the weightloss a boost! Normally I enjoy a bottle of wine both nights at the weekend and a few beers which I know isn't great. But then its a lifestyle change that I need to get my head around. I have a stressful job and wine and a film at the weekend is my treat. Anyway it is great to be able to come on here to chat to like minded people

    So today I'm having

    B: Satsuma, Pineapple, Strawberries
L: Tuna, pasta in hm passata sauce, mixed leaves, sweetcorn, radish & beetroot
D: Bacon Omelette with peppers & brocoli or spinach

Drinks, 1 Coffee, 3 Green Tea, Water & Diet Dr Pepper :rotfl:

I'm only on this two days and I feel like I'm constantly eating!

Those cheap noodles arent low fat, however in group have been told if you discard the flavour sachet that comes with them then use an oxo cube of your chosing then they will remain free.

Alcohol is discouraged as a regular thing as it is high in natural sugars from the fruits that are used to produce it especially wine. If you were to use the syns for other treats that were lower in sugars then you would see a better weight loss.
