Hi all, am still here
WI with a STS which I'm happy with as have struggled with what the scales have been saying the last few weeks. Weight seems to be slowly creeping up but clothes are hanging off me. Am concerned enough that am seeing Dr next week re my health issues to make sure there's nothing to worry about and the gains are due to the wrong foods.
Well enough about me, how are you all doing? Some good losses going on (or should that be off :rotfl:). So a big well done to those fab people and big hugs to those in need :A:A.
Happy sunny Sunday all and keep the faith :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Ahoy there shipmates :j
I'm still on holiday, but thought I would pop in to say Hi to you lovely people.
I've been so bad LOL
It's been DDs Birthday during the week and she wanted to go to a Planet Hollywood diner for her Birthday treat. I had corn dogs, onion rings, burger, fries, salad (LOL) and pancakes for dessert. Aggghhhh!!!!
But I've also been good. I went to a street market and bought 5 kilos of lovely large oranges for only 3 euros. So I'm eating lots of oranges ha ha ... And breakfast every morning is an orange and fat free yoghurt.
Red peppers are so cheap as well - only 1 euro per kilo. So I've bought loads and roasted them. Then peeled and de-seeded them. Cut into slices and mix with juices in a bowl with chopped onions, a splash of white wine vinegar and a smudge of olive oil. This red pepper salad can be eaten with almost anything.
Last night I polished off a big plate of octopus Galician Style - that's boiled potatoes, sliced, topped with octopus and paprika. Simple but delish. I had red pepper salad as a starter to include super- frees.
So all in all, I feel I'm not being as bad as I usually am when away.
Hugs to all xxx0 -

I made the SW onion rings from the recipe on here at the weekend and they were horrible, waaay too salty and after I had coated the first two rings, they breadcrumb mix all stuck together
A wee bit of advice needed, this is how my menu is looking for today, as I blinkin forgot my berries for breakfast  could I turn this into a SE day or a green day?? The quiche has 1 slice bacon in it.
