    Hi all,

I was in the same frame of mind until a couple of days when I did one full day on plan. Try to make today's good day the start of getting back on plan. You can do it just take one day at a time and keep busy to keep your mind off food. (Hark at me, I've only been back on it for three days so far!). I do feel more positive now I've got a couple of days behind me I'm sure you'll feel the same. Summer is coming, think of those summer dresses. x

Completely agree with you Confused - the first day back on track is the hardest, but once that one day is done it is so much easier to stick to. Well done on your good day Beanie :)

Well done Mich on your WI too.

    Hi everyone
Well its day 2 back on track and I'd forgotten how much you can eat on plan!!

Only problem is I can't seem to fit in my healthy extra 'A' choice. Can anyone give me any ideas on what to use it for, given that i don't really like milk on cereal (i use yogurt) & I don't drink tea or coffee so don't need any there either. I'm not a big cheese lover either so struggle to have 'solid' cheese on a daily basis, although I don't mind it when it is melted. Gosh I sound fussy:o
At 9.30 last night I remembered I hadn't had my HE'A' so forced down 75g of philly extra light on 0.5 syn water biscuits:eek: hoping not to repeat that again this week.

Tonight I'm melting cheese on my quorn and veg chilli:T

Do you like flavoured milk? There were some new flavoured dairy-free milks in the last magazine, there was chocolate and maybe hazelnut? As others have said, soft cheeses are a good way of using HEA. I love Low Low mature or black pepper tubs (half a tub is HEA)- can have it as it is or melt it for a pasta sauce, yum!

Back to EE today after 3 days of SE. Didn't mind SE at all and actually, doing something stricter has focused me a bit more because it felt more like being on a diet and has made me think 'right, I AM going to lose the rest of this weight by September'. Feeling much better today as well, still got a cold but fluey symptoms have gone, thank God. Anyway, EE today, red tomorrow and SE again on Sun, undecided about Mon.

    B: Porridge (B), banana, milk (A)
L: LF super noodles, apple, satsuma, WW yog
T: L/O beef stir fry and noodles
S: Cereal bar (4.5), maybe something else but will be late tea so we'll see.

    Happy Friday everyone! :D

My E E Day today has been

B yoghurt apple banana slice of toast B AND 2syns

    L mash and beans orange

Dinner s/w quiche peas and haricot beans 2x satsumas

I have to agree with macpep. There isn't really enough food or SFs. As I'm guessing that the only meat you had was a bit of ham/bacon in the quiche then it would have been better to call it a Green Day and syn the meat. Then you could have had extra HEXs. My reasoning is that beans and peas aren't counted as SFs but they're OK on Green where you can have loads of pulses.

Goodluck biscuitmad look forward to you sharing you journey with us.

I'm on nights again this week. Eaten throughout he night, don't think anyone believes I'm 'on a diet' lol. I think SW soup is my answer on nights I just have it in between all my other food to keep my superfrees up. Had 6 ryvita's last night with low fat cream cheese and smoked salmon, had 3 at a time with a cup of tea. Had a mullerlight yoghurt too and for my syns (8) a malteaser bunny which I made last at least five minutes! Felt like I was eating all the time. I also had grilled gammon, egg mushrooms and a whole tin of beans before I went in!! If I can get through a week of nights and STS I will be happy, but a sneaky step on the scales suggests I may lose. Watch this space!
I do eat a LOT, I've always had a big appetite. But I've lost quicker than the two girls I work with. BMI is 26.7, have another 8lb to lose to reach my club 10.
